【摘要】：空間信息技術(shù)已開始進入全空間信息系統(tǒng)發(fā)展階段,即將空間信息系統(tǒng)的范疇從傳統(tǒng)測繪空間擴展到宇宙空間、室內(nèi)空間、微觀空間等可量測空間。位置大數(shù)據(jù)不僅是全空間信息系統(tǒng)的重要研究對象之一,而且也成為了廣域全空間中了解人們生活方式以及城市動態(tài)變化的一種有效途徑。本文基于社交媒體數(shù)據(jù)中的位置簽到數(shù)據(jù),提出一種不同于傳統(tǒng)以社會經(jīng)濟屬性為依據(jù)的城市人群分類方法。首先利用簽到數(shù)據(jù)的時間序列構(gòu)造矩陣模型;然后,通過分析用戶簽到活動的時間特征,采用K-means聚類算法和K近鄰算法(K-NN)識別出具有不同時空行為特征的城市人群(靜態(tài)居民、動態(tài)居民、通勤者以及訪問者);最后,本文根據(jù)得到的人群分類結(jié)果,通過分析不同類型人群的時空間行為特征,發(fā)現(xiàn)不同類型人群時空間行為的差異性與潛在規(guī)律性,從而為表征城市人群的組成結(jié)構(gòu)及特征,研究城市時空結(jié)構(gòu)提供一種新的視角。
[Abstract]:Spatial information technology has begun to enter the development stage of full spatial information system, that is, the scope of spatial information system is extended from traditional mapping space to space space and indoor space. Location big data is not only one of the important research objects of the whole spatial information system, It has also become an effective way to understand the way people live and the dynamic changes of cities in a wide area. This paper is based on the location check-in data in social media data. This paper presents a method of urban population classification, which is different from traditional social and economic attributes. Firstly, a matrix model is constructed by using the time series of check-in data, and then, by analyzing the time characteristics of user check-in activities, K-means clustering algorithm and K-NNN algorithm are used to identify urban population (static residents, dynamic residents, commuters and visitors) with different spatial and temporal behaviors. By analyzing the characteristics of time-space behavior of different types of people, the differences and potential regularity of spatial behaviors of different types of people are found, so as to represent the composition and characteristics of urban population. The study of urban space-time structure provides a new perspective.
