基于銳化濾波的醫(yī)學(xué)圖像增強(qiáng)處理研究

【摘要】:21世紀(jì),人們的生活因?yàn)榭萍嫉倪M(jìn)步,已經(jīng)發(fā)生了巨大的改變,有關(guān)鍵問題,早已成為了人們關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn),如果醫(yī)生在病灶的潛伏期,通過細(xì)微的改變,能準(zhǔn)確的發(fā)現(xiàn)病灶并能合病情得到及時(shí)控制,對(duì)患者的治療是非常有益的。本文介紹了醫(yī)學(xué)圖像處理技術(shù)的背景和研究意義及有關(guān)醫(yī)學(xué)圖像增強(qiáng)技術(shù)的方法、原理、相關(guān)函數(shù)表達(dá)式,并對(duì)其優(yōu)劣性進(jìn)行了比較分析,借助MATLAB得到求反,灰度調(diào)整、對(duì)數(shù)變換、Gamma(伽馬)變換、直方圖均衡化、偽彩色處理及銳化濾波等操作后的醫(yī)學(xué)圖像.比較了 Prewitt算子、Sobel算子及拉普拉斯算子處理后的醫(yī)學(xué)圖像.重點(diǎn)是對(duì)基于拉普拉斯算子得到的醫(yī)學(xué)圖像進(jìn)行改進(jìn)后的研究.用原始圖像加上去經(jīng)銳化濾波器處理后的圖像,分析了改進(jìn)后圖像在增強(qiáng)圖像邊緣方面的效果.本文在MATLAB的GUI界面下設(shè)計(jì)了圖像的預(yù)處理系統(tǒng),與同類系統(tǒng)相比,其運(yùn)行界面高潔濟(jì),旨在檢驗(yàn)改進(jìn)后的醫(yī)學(xué)圖像增強(qiáng)效果,該系統(tǒng)飫文件操作、基本增強(qiáng)、工具等模塊.簡(jiǎn)述了系統(tǒng)模塊的設(shè)計(jì)思路及功能.主要倍助反映灰度級(jí)與像素點(diǎn)之間關(guān)系的直方圖,運(yùn)行預(yù)設(shè)系統(tǒng)比較了改進(jìn)前后的醫(yī)學(xué)圖像分別在經(jīng)過圖像求反、對(duì)數(shù)交換、Gamma(伽馬)變換、中值濾波處理后,圖像的增強(qiáng)效果,根據(jù)直方圖中特定范圍內(nèi)像素點(diǎn)的改變,更為的解釋了圖像邊緣增強(qiáng)效果,所設(shè)計(jì)的系統(tǒng)可對(duì)圖像進(jìn)行旋轉(zhuǎn)、剪切等操作,有助于醫(yī)生對(duì)圖像的判讀。最后對(duì)圖像增強(qiáng)處理的設(shè)計(jì)不足之處,提出了改進(jìn)的方向。本文設(shè)計(jì)的醫(yī)學(xué)圖像增強(qiáng)處理系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行流暢,,在實(shí)際應(yīng)用中能夠減少醫(yī)生診斷病情的時(shí)間,經(jīng)過對(duì)改進(jìn)前后圖像直方圖的比較,基于銳化濾波改進(jìn)后醫(yī)學(xué)圖像的 質(zhì)量得到了很大的改善,圖像的邊緣和輪廓電得到增強(qiáng),所設(shè)計(jì)的系統(tǒng)將醫(yī)學(xué)圖像處理的相關(guān)技術(shù)融于同一界面,縮短了醫(yī)學(xué)分析醫(yī)學(xué)圖像的時(shí)間,提高了工作效率,降低了對(duì)圖像處理操作的難度。
[Abstract]:In twenty-first Century, the people's life because of the progress of science and technology, has undergone tremendous changes, some key problems, has become the focus of attention, if the doctor in the lesions of the incubation period, through subtle changes, can accurately find the focus and to get timely disease control, is very beneficial for the treatment of patients. This paper introduces the method of medical image enhancement processing technology background and significance of the research and related medical image principle, correlation function, and analyses the advantages and disadvantages of comparative analysis, obtained by MATLAB, gray scale, logarithmic transform, Gamma (gamma) transform, histogram equalization, image pseudo color processing and the sharpening filter after the operation. Compared with the Prewitt operator, Sobel operator, Laplasse operator and medical image processing. The focus is on the medical image based on the Laplasse operator Study on the improved. Using the original image added by image processing sharpening filter, improved image enhancement in image edge effect. This paper designed the image pre-processing system in the MATLAB GUI interface, compared with the same system, the operation interface of Gao Jie economy, to enhance the effect of improved medical image inspection after, the system will enhance, file operations, tools and other modules. The design idea and the function of the system module. The main times help to reflect the relationship between the gray level and pixel histogram, run the default system were compared before and after the improvement of medical image log exchange after image inversion, respectively, Gamma (gamma) after the transformation, median filtering, image enhancement, according to the pixel histogram change within the specific range, more explanation of the effect of image edge enhancement, the system can be designed to image Rotation, shear etc, can help the doctor to image interpretation. Finally enhance the design deficiencies of the image processing, the direction of improvement. The design of the medical image enhancement processing system running smoothly, can reduce doctors to diagnose the disease at the time of practical application, through the image histogram comparison before and after improvement. The quality of medical image sharpening filter improved greatly improved based on the edge of the image and profile of electricity has been enhanced, the system related technology of medical image processing in the same interface, shorten the medical medical image analysis time, improve work efficiency, reduce the difficulty of image processing operations.
