【摘要】：針對衛(wèi)星視頻中存在局部運(yùn)動目標(biāo)的問題,該文提出了一種運(yùn)動分割和光流估計聯(lián)合約束的衛(wèi)星視頻超分辨率重建算法。首先通過視頻幀間運(yùn)動分割方法提取局部運(yùn)動目標(biāo),獲得其邊緣信息;其次用光流方法對視頻圖像進(jìn)行逐像素的運(yùn)動估計,獲得初始運(yùn)動矢量場;利用分割邊緣和運(yùn)動矢量場進(jìn)行聯(lián)合約束,并統(tǒng)一運(yùn)動目標(biāo)內(nèi)的光流矢量,獲得糾正后的運(yùn)動矢量場,并作為幾何運(yùn)動矩陣,將其補(bǔ)償?shù)匠直媛手亟Ｐ椭猩筛叻直媛蕡D像;最后用衛(wèi)星視頻數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行實驗,并與傳統(tǒng)方法結(jié)果進(jìn)行對比,證明該文算法可以有效地克服運(yùn)動目標(biāo)的偽影效應(yīng),提升了衛(wèi)星視頻的分辨率。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problem of local moving targets in satellite video, a new super-resolution reconstruction algorithm for satellite video with joint motion segmentation and optical flow estimation constraints is proposed. Firstly, local moving objects are extracted by motion segmentation between video frames. The edge information is obtained. Secondly, the initial motion vector field is obtained by using the optical flow method to estimate the motion of the video image pixel by pixel. The segmentation edge and the motion vector field are used for joint constraint, and the optical flow vector in the moving object is unified. The corrected motion vector field is obtained and used as a geometric motion matrix, which is compensated to the super-resolution reconstruction model to generate high-resolution image. Finally, the satellite video data are used to experiment, and the results are compared with the traditional method. It is proved that the proposed algorithm can effectively overcome the artifact effect of moving target and improve the resolution of satellite video.
