【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)和科技的發(fā)展,機(jī)器人技術(shù)及其相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)也迅速拉開了發(fā)展的序幕,機(jī)器人種類和技術(shù)的不斷創(chuàng)新,使得機(jī)器人逐步擴(kuò)展應(yīng)用于各個領(lǐng)域。作為機(jī)器人的一個種類——服務(wù)型機(jī)器人,以為人類提供個性化和人性化服務(wù)為宗旨,目前在研究者們不斷努力創(chuàng)新下,服務(wù)型機(jī)器人己經(jīng)向越來越智能化的方向前進(jìn)。家用陪護(hù)機(jī)器人人臉檢測與識別系統(tǒng)作為家用陪護(hù)機(jī)器人視覺系統(tǒng)的重要組成部分,是實現(xiàn)機(jī)器人與人友好交互的一種關(guān)鍵技術(shù)。本文研究了家用陪護(hù)機(jī)器人人臉檢測與識別問題,主要做了如下工作:以Haar-like特征遍歷圖像提取特征,采用高效快速的Adaboost算法對特征篩選,實現(xiàn)該算法訓(xùn)練的級聯(lián)分類器對攝像頭采集的圖像檢測人臉。利用Gabor小波提取人臉特征和PCA低維空間仍可以有效表達(dá)人臉特征的二者優(yōu)勢相結(jié)合,有效提高了人臉識別率。針對光照遮擋人臉對檢測與識別性能的影響,通過對比Retinex相關(guān)算法對圖像光照預(yù)處理的效果比較,采用了改進(jìn)的Retinex算法對采集的圖像進(jìn)行光照預(yù)處理,通過實驗結(jié)果表明有效地提高了光照遮擋人臉情況下的人臉檢測率,并在一定程度上提高了人臉識別率。在復(fù)雜光照情況下人臉檢測與識別技術(shù)的理論研究和實踐的基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)計了家用陪護(hù)機(jī)器視覺整體架構(gòu),構(gòu)建了軟件開發(fā)平臺,本文研究的硬件平臺是上海合時公司的家用陪護(hù)機(jī)器人,把人臉檢測與識別技術(shù)應(yīng)用于移植在移動控制端,實現(xiàn)了家用陪護(hù)機(jī)器人的快速人臉檢測與識別,完成了系統(tǒng)軟件各功能模塊的設(shè)計、編寫和測試,在機(jī)器人更加智能化方面做了嘗試。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and science and technology, the robot technology and its related industries have also opened the prelude of the development rapidly, the kind of robot and the continuous innovation of technology, As a kind of robot, service-oriented robot, as a kind of robot, which aims to provide personalized and human service for human beings, has been continuously innovated by researchers. Service-oriented robot has been moving towards more and more intelligent direction. The face detection and recognition system of home escort robot is an important part of the vision system of household escort robot. It is a key technology to realize the friendly interaction between robots and people. In this paper, the problem of face detection and recognition of home escort robot is studied. The main work is as follows: traversing the image with Haar-like features to extract features, Using efficient and fast Adaboost algorithm to filter features, The concatenated classifier trained by the algorithm detects the face of the images collected by the camera, and combines the advantages of extracting face features with Gabor wavelet and PCA low dimensional space to express face features effectively. Aiming at the influence of illumination occlusion on the detection and recognition performance, the improved Retinex algorithm is used to preprocess the collected image by comparing the effect of Retinex correlation algorithm on image illumination preprocessing. The experimental results show that the face detection rate under illumination occlusion is improved effectively. On the basis of the theoretical research and practice of face detection and recognition technology under complex illumination, the overall architecture of home escort machine vision is designed, and the software development platform is constructed. The hardware platform studied in this paper is the home escort robot of Shanghai Heshi Company. The face detection and recognition technology is applied to the mobile control terminal to realize the fast face detection and recognition of the home escort robot. The design, programming and testing of each functional module of the system software are completed, and a more intelligent robot is tried.
