基于樹莓派的智能云灌溉系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái),全世界的灌溉技術(shù)正朝著精確、高效、節(jié)省人力的方向發(fā)展,采用智能化的節(jié)水灌溉設(shè)備,也已成為全世界各個(gè)國(guó)家和地區(qū)為解決水資源危機(jī)和實(shí)現(xiàn)農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化的必然選擇。當(dāng)前,我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)的灌溉方法主要還是以地面灌溉為主,該灌溉方法造成了巨大的水資源浪費(fèi),因此必須大力發(fā)展智能化的節(jié)水灌溉設(shè)備。為了提高精細(xì)化種植的用水效率,實(shí)現(xiàn)灌溉智能化,本項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)了一種基于Raspberry Pi II(樹莓派II)的智能云灌溉系統(tǒng),主要研究?jī)?nèi)容如下:(1)利用Raspberry Pi II和土壤濕度傳感器、空氣溫濕度傳感器、直流電機(jī)泵組及其驅(qū)動(dòng)電路和AD數(shù)模轉(zhuǎn)換模塊等,組建一套低成本、高效率、穩(wěn)定性強(qiáng)的智能灌溉硬件系統(tǒng)。(2)利用Python語(yǔ)言編寫控制程序和Web應(yīng)用程序,并且搭建好數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),使得用戶能夠通過(guò)局域網(wǎng)或互聯(lián)網(wǎng)控制本設(shè)備,查看相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),從而將本設(shè)備變成“云”平臺(tái)。(3)編寫一套模糊算法控制程序,該算法采用帶修正因子的二維模糊控制器,輸入量為土壤濕度和土壤濕度的變化值,輸出量為直流電機(jī)的PWM值。模糊控制表為在線自動(dòng)生成,能夠根據(jù)不同的修正因子自動(dòng)生成不同的控制表。(4)設(shè)備制作完成后,對(duì)本設(shè)備進(jìn)行各方面的試驗(yàn),檢驗(yàn)是否滿足設(shè)計(jì)需求和目標(biāo)。本系統(tǒng)集合了當(dāng)前比較先進(jìn)的物聯(lián)網(wǎng)硬件和軟件技術(shù),能夠?qū)崟r(shí)采集空氣溫濕度及土壤濕度的等信息,并且存儲(chǔ)在自身的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)中,系統(tǒng)自身的模糊運(yùn)算控制器能夠根據(jù)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)中的數(shù)據(jù)輸出合適的灌水量,從而達(dá)到智能化灌溉的目的。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the world's irrigation technology is moving in the direction of precision, efficiency, labor saving, the use of intelligent water-saving irrigation equipment, In order to solve the crisis of water resources and realize the modernization of agriculture, the irrigation method of our country is mainly based on surface irrigation, which has caused a huge waste of water resources. Therefore, it is necessary to develop intelligent water-saving irrigation equipment. In order to improve the water efficiency of fine planting and realize the intellectualization of irrigation, this project designed and implemented an intelligent cloud irrigation system based on Raspberry Pi II (raspberry pie II). The main research contents are as follows: (1) using Raspberry Pi II and soil moisture sensor, air temperature and humidity sensor, DC motor pump group and its driving circuit and AD digital-analog conversion module, a set of low cost and high efficiency is set up. The intelligent irrigation hardware system with strong stability. 2) make use of Python language to write control program and Web application program, and set up a good database, so that users can control the device through local area network or Internet, and view the relevant data. Thus, the device is transformed into a "cloud" platform. (3) A set of fuzzy algorithm control programs are compiled. The algorithm uses a two-dimensional fuzzy controller with a correction factor, and the input amount is the change of soil moisture and soil moisture. The output is the PWM value of DC motor. The fuzzy control table is automatically generated on line. It can automatically generate different control table according to different correction factors. This system gathers the advanced hardware and software technology of the Internet of things, and can collect the information of air, temperature, humidity and soil moisture in real time, and store it in its own database. The fuzzy operation controller of the system can output the appropriate amount of irrigation according to the data in the database, so as to achieve the purpose of intelligent irrigation.
