【摘要】：在信息技術(shù)普及之前,傳統(tǒng)銀行的管理工作基本是基于經(jīng)驗(yàn)主義,管理方式過于依靠人工的判斷和經(jīng)驗(yàn)。在利率穩(wěn)定、靠規(guī)模拉動經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的時代,基本的傳統(tǒng)方式還能應(yīng)對銀行的管理需要。但隨著利率市場化加速推進(jìn),銀行在各方面將面臨更大的挑戰(zhàn)。這就要求我們更好地運(yùn)用管理信息系統(tǒng)等各類工具和方法,提高管理的科學(xué)化、精細(xì)化水平。某商業(yè)發(fā)現(xiàn)銀行客戶經(jīng)理在信貸業(yè)務(wù)等工作中,需要大量手工填寫合同及憑證內(nèi)容。每日花費(fèi)大量時間在填制票據(jù)上和流轉(zhuǎn)上,不但效率低下,而且易出現(xiàn)人為錯誤。同時有可能根據(jù)客戶經(jīng)理自身情況對分行審批人員的工作造成不便。經(jīng)科技部與業(yè)務(wù)部門商議,決定基于先進(jìn)的管理理念,緊貼工作實(shí)際,開發(fā)一套完整的網(wǎng)上合同及憑證管理系統(tǒng),為分支行提供先進(jìn)的業(yè)務(wù)流程方式以及全面的合同管理功能,實(shí)現(xiàn)合同及憑證管理的信息化�？紤]到用戶的辦公環(huán)境,需要在任何版本的Windows上均可方便使用,系統(tǒng)決定采用B/S模式。本次將采用微軟的ASP.Net語言來開發(fā)完整信息管理系統(tǒng),開發(fā)過程中還使用了部分Java的技術(shù)。開發(fā)工具為Microsoft Visual Studio 2012。服務(wù)器使用Windows Sever2008 R2操作系統(tǒng),數(shù)據(jù)庫使用SQL Server2008。論文結(jié)合自己工作中的經(jīng)驗(yàn),通過需求分析,系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì),系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)和測試展現(xiàn)了一個信息管理系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)過程。系統(tǒng)全面考慮了銀行管理規(guī)定和業(yè)務(wù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化原則,能夠幫助業(yè)務(wù)部門對銀行的合同及憑證進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的管理。合同及憑證管理的成功上線,實(shí)現(xiàn)了各機(jī)構(gòu)之間的信息的共享,提高了工作效率,減少了員工的人力勞動,極大地降低了運(yùn)營成本。實(shí)現(xiàn)了數(shù)據(jù)的存儲及記錄,方便相關(guān)部門查詢和追蹤,遏制相關(guān)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的發(fā)生。實(shí)現(xiàn)了操作員權(quán)限的分級,加強(qiáng)了合同及憑證審批流程的規(guī)范。對提升銀行的信息化管理水平有重要的意義。
[Abstract]:Before the popularization of information technology, the management of traditional banks was basically based on empiricism, and the management mode relied too much on artificial judgment and experience. In the era of stable interest rates and economies of scale, The basic traditional approach can also meet the management needs of banks. But as interest rate liberalization accelerates, banks will face greater challenges in all aspects. This requires us to make better use of all kinds of tools and methods, such as management information systems. Improve the scientific management level. A commercial discovery bank account manager in the credit business and other work, need a large number of manual filling in the contract and voucher content. Daily spend a lot of time on the filling and circulation of bills, It is not only inefficient, but also prone to human error. At the same time, it may cause inconvenience to the examining and approving personnel of the branch according to the account manager's own situation. After the discussion between the science and technology department and the business department, it is decided to base on the advanced management concept. Stick to the reality of the work, develop a complete online contract and certificate management system to provide the branches with advanced business process and comprehensive contract management functions. To realize the informatization of contract and certificate management. Considering the user's office environment, which needs to be easily used on any version of Windows, the system has decided to adopt B / S mode. This time, we will use Microsoft's ASP.Net language to develop a complete information management system. Part of the Java technology is also used in the development process. The development tool is Microsoft Visual Studio 2012.The server uses Windows Sever2008 R2 operating system, and the database uses SQL Server 2008. The system implementation and test show the development process of an information management system. It can help the business department to manage the contracts and vouchers of the bank systematically. The successful introduction of the contract and voucher management has realized the sharing of information among the various organizations, improved the working efficiency, and reduced the human labor of the employees. Greatly reduces the operation cost, realizes the data storage and the record, facilitates the related department inquiry and the trace, restrains the related risk occurrence, realizes the operator authority classification, It strengthens the standardization of contract and certificate approval process, which is of great significance to improve the information management level of banks.
