頸動脈B超估計(jì)血管壁搏動位移的干擾抑制

【摘要】:超聲檢測時(shí),由于測量者把握探頭的不穩(wěn)定、受試者的呼吸運(yùn)動等造成的干擾,將對通過B超圖像進(jìn)行斑點(diǎn)跟蹤提取到的動脈壁位移的精度造成影響.為此,本文提出基于B超序列相位圖像的全局剛性特征進(jìn)行配準(zhǔn)消除干擾.相位特征通過對B超圖像進(jìn)行Riesz變換,再采用高斯差分法提取得到.為了更快地完成尋優(yōu),減少配準(zhǔn)誤差,采用了基于位置加權(quán)的主軸質(zhì)心法與互信息相結(jié)合的分階段的配準(zhǔn)方法.結(jié)果表明,與直接對B超或相位圖采用斑點(diǎn)跟蹤的方法相比,該方法有效去除了干擾,管壁位移提取的精度有顯著提高.本文方法還可用于心腦等醫(yī)學(xué)圖像的配準(zhǔn).
[Abstract]:In ultrasonic detection, the disturbance caused by the unstable grasp of the probe and the breathing movement of the subjects will affect the accuracy of the arterial wall displacement extracted from the spot tracking by B-ultrasound image. In this paper, the global rigid feature based on the phase image of B-mode ultrasound sequence is proposed to remove the interference. The phase feature is extracted by Riesz transform and Gao Si difference method. In order to achieve the optimization faster and reduce the registration error, the phase feature is obtained by using Gao Si difference method. A phased registration method based on position weighted spindle centroid method and mutual information is used. The results show that the proposed method is more effective than the spot tracking method for B-mode ultrasound or phase map. The accuracy of tube wall displacement extraction is significantly improved, and this method can also be used for the registration of medical images such as heart and brain.
