【摘要】：在現(xiàn)代材料的應力應變測量中,數(shù)字圖像相關測量法具有非接觸、全場性、對實驗條件要求低、精度高等優(yōu)點,是一種有效、實用的應力應變測量方法,被廣泛的應用于實驗力學及其他學科領域。本文綜述了數(shù)字圖像相關技術在材料應力應變方面的發(fā)展;將數(shù)字圖像相關技術與其它測量技術進行了比較;介紹了數(shù)字圖像相關技術的系統(tǒng)結構與相關算法、搜索方法;最后列舉了數(shù)字圖像相關技術在材料應力應變中的最新應用和新產品。
[Abstract]:In the stress and strain measurement of modern materials, the digital image correlation measurement method has the advantages of non-contact, full-field, low requirements for experimental conditions, high precision and so on. It is an effective and practical method for measuring stress and strain. It is widely used in experimental mechanics and other disciplines. This paper reviews the development of digital image correlation technology in material stress and strain, compares digital image correlation technology with other measurement techniques. This paper introduces the system structure, correlation algorithm and search method of digital image correlation technology, and lists the latest application and new products of digital image correlation technology in material stress and strain.
