【摘要】：航天固定資產(chǎn)投資項(xiàng)目檔案是一個涉及范圍較廣、系統(tǒng)性較強(qiáng)的信息資源,為整個航天系統(tǒng)的技術(shù)建設(shè)、維修及改造等提供依據(jù)。因此確保項(xiàng)目檔案價值能夠完整、準(zhǔn)確、系統(tǒng)地體現(xiàn),是項(xiàng)目檔案管理的關(guān)鍵。近年來,航天項(xiàng)目檔案管理規(guī)范不斷完善,已經(jīng)形成了一整套成熟的管理方法,廣受業(yè)內(nèi)好評。但是在大數(shù)據(jù)時代,航天項(xiàng)目檔案管理卻仍然以傳統(tǒng)的紙質(zhì)檔案為主要管理手段,這與網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息時代發(fā)展的新趨勢和航天其他門類檔案的電子化管理程度相比,存在一些差距。改變航天項(xiàng)目檔案信息化管理模式是一項(xiàng)迫在眉睫的任務(wù)。
[Abstract]:The space fixed assets investment project file is a wide range and systematic information resource, which provides the basis for the technical construction, maintenance and transformation of the entire space system, so as to ensure that the value of the project file can be complete and accurate, It is the key of project file management. In recent years, the standard of space project archives management has been improved, and a set of mature management methods has been formed, which has been widely praised by the industry. But in big data's time, However, the traditional paper file is still the main management method in the space project archives management, which is compared with the new trend of the development of the network information age and the electronic management degree of other aerospace archives. There are some gaps. It is an urgent task to change the information management mode of space project archives.
