Bayer濾波型彩色相機(jī)調(diào)制傳遞函數(shù)測量方法

【摘要】:Bayer濾波型彩色相機(jī)廣泛應(yīng)用于航天遙感、空間對地觀測、環(huán)境監(jiān)測等領(lǐng)域.由于Bayer濾波片造成彩色相機(jī)相比黑白相機(jī)在像質(zhì)方面進(jìn)一步退化,如何對Bayer濾波型彩色相機(jī)成像性能全頻段綜合評價(jià)是目前亟待解決的問題.調(diào)制傳遞函數(shù)(MTF)是相機(jī)成像性能綜合評價(jià)的關(guān)鍵指標(biāo),傳統(tǒng)調(diào)制傳遞函數(shù)測量方法無法實(shí)現(xiàn)對Bayer濾波型彩色相機(jī)MTF全頻段高精度測量.為了解決這個問題,本文提出了一種采用旋轉(zhuǎn)刀口靶測量彩色相機(jī)調(diào)制傳遞函數(shù)的方法.理論方面,推導(dǎo)了Bayer濾波型彩色相機(jī)調(diào)制傳遞函數(shù)測量理論模型,仿真分析了刃函數(shù)采樣率和刀口刃邊傾斜角度誤差對調(diào)制傳遞函數(shù)測量精度的影響,并給出了計(jì)算算法.實(shí)驗(yàn)方面,對彩色相機(jī)R,G,B三基色調(diào)制傳遞函數(shù)權(quán)重因子進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)定標(biāo),并搭建了基于條紋板和旋轉(zhuǎn)刀口靶的彩色相機(jī)調(diào)制傳遞函數(shù)測量試驗(yàn)裝置.采用旋轉(zhuǎn)刀口靶法和條紋靶板法測量彩色相機(jī)MTF結(jié)果在耐奎斯特頻率f_c處極差為0.061,在空間頻率f_c/2處極差為0.043,試驗(yàn)結(jié)果驗(yàn)證了所提方法的有效性.
[Abstract]:Bayer filter color camera is widely used in space remote sensing, space earth observation, environment monitoring and other fields. Because of Bayer filter, color camera is more degraded than black and white camera in image quality. How to comprehensively evaluate the imaging performance of Bayer filter color camera in full frequency band is an urgent problem to be solved, and the modulation transfer function (MTF) is the key index for the comprehensive evaluation of the imaging performance of the camera. In order to solve this problem, the traditional modulation transfer function measurement method can not realize the high precision measurement of MTF full-band for Bayer filter color camera. In this paper, a method of measuring the modulation transfer function of color camera with rotating knife edge target is presented. In theory, a theoretical model for measuring modulation transfer function of Bayer filter color camera is derived. The effects of the sampling rate of edge function and the angle error of edge edge on the measurement accuracy of modulation transfer function are simulated and analyzed, and the calculation algorithm is given. The weight factor of the trichromatic modulation transfer function of the color camera RV GnB has been calibrated experimentally. The modulation transfer function measurement test device of color camera based on stripe plate and rotating knife edge target was built. The MTF results of color camera measured by rotating edge target method and stripe target method were 0.061 at the Necquist frequency FSP _ c. The range of space frequency fc / 2 is 0.043. The experimental results show that the proposed method is effective.
