小麥莖稈截面參數(shù)顯微圖像測量系統(tǒng)

【摘要】:小麥的抗倒性與其莖稈截面顯微結(jié)構(gòu)密切相關(guān),莖稈微觀結(jié)構(gòu)的觀測和分析對小麥遺傳育種具有重要意義。研究了一種顯微圖像測量系統(tǒng),用于精確測量小麥莖稈截面的主要參數(shù)。使用計(jì)算機(jī)、圖像采集室、光學(xué)顯微成像系統(tǒng)等搭建了硬件平臺,并開發(fā)了算法軟件。系統(tǒng)針對莖稈截面的顏色和結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn),對顯微圖像進(jìn)行預(yù)處理得到髓腔、厚壁的輪廓,再進(jìn)行橢圓擬合以計(jì)算截面整體、髓腔和厚壁的幾何參數(shù)。根據(jù)維管束結(jié)構(gòu)的一致性,提出了一種具有尺度、平移和旋轉(zhuǎn)不變性的模板匹配方法,用于在目標(biāo)圖像中識別維管束并統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)量。實(shí)驗(yàn)表明該自動化測量系統(tǒng)具有高通量和高精確度的優(yōu)點(diǎn),在作物重要資源的挖掘和群體遺傳等研究中具有重要的價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:The resistance of wheat to toppling is closely related to the microstructure of its stem section, and the observation and analysis of the microstructure of the stem is of great significance to wheat genetics and breeding. The hardware platform is built with computer, image acquisition room and optical microscopic imaging system, and the algorithm software is developed. The system is aimed at the color and structure characteristics of stem section. The outline of the pulp cavity and thick wall is obtained by preprocessing the microscopic image, and then ellipse fitting is carried out to calculate the geometric parameters of the whole section, the medullary cavity and the thick wall. According to the consistency of the vascular bundle structure, a scale is proposed. The template matching method of translation and rotation invariance is used to identify and count vascular bundles in target image. Experiments show that the automatic measurement system has the advantages of high throughput and high accuracy. It has important value in the research of crop important resources mining and population heredity.
