【摘要】：本文以大連圖書館管理系統(tǒng)流通模塊的流程管理和實(shí)現(xiàn)該流通模塊的設(shè)計(jì)為目標(biāo),使用Office Visio 2005作為UML模型的設(shè)計(jì)和建模工具,使用微軟Visual Studio 2008作為開發(fā)平臺,ASP作為開發(fā)語言,采用SQL Server 2008作為數(shù)據(jù)庫管理軟件的設(shè)計(jì),設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)一套系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行在B/S(瀏覽器/服務(wù)器),基于大連圖書館管理系統(tǒng)流通模塊的體系結(jié)構(gòu)。本模塊主要為讀者、館員、圖書館管理員的設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn),在不同的功能模塊中,整合了圖書館的服務(wù)信息,目前大連圖書館一直盡力去提供有效的,并力求最大限度地提高現(xiàn)有服務(wù)流程的優(yōu)化,以期提高圖書館服務(wù)和管理水平。通過對大連圖書館讀者服務(wù)工作流程的理解,實(shí)現(xiàn)了讀者對館藏文獻(xiàn)、書籍、著作等在流通周期管理中的應(yīng)用。為了提高圖書館流通部分圖書管理的工作效率。從用戶的實(shí)際需求出發(fā),系統(tǒng)對信息查詢、系統(tǒng)設(shè)置、讀者管理、館藏流通管理、館藏超期管理、統(tǒng)計(jì)管理等一系列模塊的需求分析,通過系統(tǒng)流程圖、用例圖對大連圖書館管理系統(tǒng)流通模塊進(jìn)行了全面的分析和研究。本文主要使用SQLServer2008用于數(shù)據(jù)存儲,從而保證系統(tǒng)的存儲量足夠大,安全性高,保證數(shù)據(jù)存儲正常運(yùn)行。在系統(tǒng)測試方面,主要是對常用的測試方法、目標(biāo)和范圍的理解。該系統(tǒng)采用了黑盒測試的方法,使用了系統(tǒng)測試用例,測試的關(guān)鍵模塊大連圖書館管理系統(tǒng)流通模塊,滿足正常工作和維修需求的要求,實(shí)現(xiàn)圖書館管理與業(yè)務(wù)流程的結(jié)合,有效提高了圖書館的工作效率。
[Abstract]:This paper aims at the flow management of the circulation module of Dalian Library Management system and the design of the circulation module. Office Visio 2005 is used as the design and modeling tool of the UML model, and Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 is used as the development language. Using SQL Server 2008 as the database management software, the design and implementation of a system running in B / S (browser / Server), based on the circulation module of Dalian Library Management system, this module is mainly for readers, librarians, The design and implementation of librarians, in different functional modules, integrate library service information. At present, Dalian Library has been trying to provide effective, and strive to maximize the optimization of the existing service flow. In order to improve the library service and management level. Through the understanding of Dalian library reader service workflow, the readers of the collection of documents, books, The application of books in circulation cycle management. In order to improve the working efficiency of library circulation part of books management, according to the actual needs of users, the system of information inquiry, system setup, reader management, collection circulation management, The requirement analysis of a series of modules, such as overdue management of library collection, statistical management and so on, is carried out through system flow chart and use case diagram to analyze and study the circulation module of Dalian Library Management system. This paper mainly uses SQLServer2008 for data storage. In order to ensure that the storage capacity of the system is large enough, the security is high, and the data storage is running normally. In system testing, it is mainly to understand the commonly used test methods, objectives and scope. The system adopts the method of black box test. The system test case, the key module of the test, the circulation module of Dalian Library Management system, are used to meet the requirements of normal work and maintenance, and the combination of library management and business process is realized, and the working efficiency of the library is improved effectively.
