【摘要】：針對(duì)中軸線法測(cè)量求取不準(zhǔn)確的問(wèn)題,提出了一種新的水平集中軸線法的羊絨與羊毛直徑測(cè)量方法。首先對(duì)由光學(xué)顯微鏡得到的纖維圖像進(jìn)行處理,包括預(yù)處理、區(qū)域生長(zhǎng)分割和細(xì)化,在此基礎(chǔ)上采用水平集中軸線法獲得光滑、連續(xù)、單像素分布的中軸線。并隨機(jī)抽取100根6個(gè)批次的山羊絨、綿羊毛纖維,利用該測(cè)量方法對(duì)其直徑進(jìn)行測(cè)量,計(jì)算其平均值,并與真實(shí)值進(jìn)行比較。結(jié)果表明,羊絨直徑的平均誤差為0.29μm,均方差為0.05,羊毛直徑的平均誤差為0.37μm,均方差為0.06。用本文方法測(cè)得的羊絨與羊毛直徑值與真實(shí)直徑值極為接近,說(shuō)明該方法比較準(zhǔn)確,且由均方差可知,該算法的魯棒性也較好。
[Abstract]:A new method of measuring cashmere and wool diameters based on the axis method of horizontal set is proposed to solve the problem of inaccuracy of measurement by central axis method. Firstly, the image of fiber obtained from optical microscope is processed, including pretreatment. On the basis of region growth segmentation and thinning, smooth, continuous, single-pixel distribution centerline is obtained by horizontal set axis method, and 100 cashmere and wool fibers of 6 batches are randomly selected. This method is used to measure its diameter, calculate its average value, and compare it with the real value. The results show that, The average error of cashmere diameter is 0.29 渭 m, the mean deviation of wool diameter is 0.05, the average error of wool diameter is 0.37 渭 m, and the mean deviation is 0.06.The diameter value of cashmere and wool measured by this method is very close to the real diameter value, which shows that the method is more accurate and can be seen from the mean square deviation. The robustness of the algorithm is also good.
