【摘要】：電梯巡檢是保障電梯安全運行的重要手段。為了提高電梯巡檢效率,保證電梯巡檢質量,本文設計并實現(xiàn)了一套電梯巡檢管理信息系統(tǒng)用于電梯巡檢的工作中。這個系統(tǒng)綜合運用了SSM框架、數(shù)據(jù)庫設計、Web開發(fā)、Android開發(fā)、地圖顯示、路徑規(guī)劃等技術,實現(xiàn)了巡檢數(shù)據(jù)信息的管理,提高了電梯巡檢效率和質量。因此,本系統(tǒng)的研究有重要的意義。通過對系統(tǒng)的需求進行分析,根據(jù)三層架構的思想,設計并實現(xiàn)了電梯巡檢管理信息系統(tǒng)的業(yè)務邏輯層、表示層以及數(shù)據(jù)訪問層。業(yè)務邏輯層是在Java EE平臺上,通過整合SSM框架,實現(xiàn)部署在系統(tǒng)的服務器端。其中,通過使用SpringMVC框架,實現(xiàn)了服務器端的前端控制層,使用spring容器實現(xiàn)了服務器端的業(yè)務邏輯層,使用Mybatis框架實現(xiàn)了服務器端的數(shù)據(jù)持久層。系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)持久層使用輕量級數(shù)據(jù)庫MySQL來實現(xiàn)的。根據(jù)數(shù)據(jù)庫設計原則,設計了數(shù)據(jù)庫中的所有數(shù)據(jù)表。系統(tǒng)的表示層分為web客戶端和Android客戶端。Web客戶端通過調用業(yè)務邏輯層,實現(xiàn)了對系統(tǒng)巡檢信息的添加、修改、查看、刪除等管理功能。使用POI技術實現(xiàn)了信息的批量導入添加,通過引入ZXing開源工具,實現(xiàn)了巡檢設備二維碼的生成,通過使用極光推送服務,實現(xiàn)了任務推送的功能。在Android客戶端,通過使用Android平臺中的輕量級嵌入式數(shù)據(jù)庫SQLite,實現(xiàn)了系統(tǒng)的離線工作,通過將ZXing工具引入到Android工程中,實現(xiàn)了二維碼的掃描解析,通過使用百度地圖SDK,實現(xiàn)了Android客戶端上地圖的顯示。使用貪心算法,實現(xiàn)了巡檢路線的規(guī)劃,并通過使用百度地圖中到導航功能,實現(xiàn)了巡檢路線的導航。目前電梯巡檢管理信息系統(tǒng)基本實現(xiàn),并在試運行階段,運行結果表明,系統(tǒng)設計基本合理,對提高巡檢效率和質量起到一定的作用。
[Abstract]:Elevator patrol is an important means to ensure the safe operation of elevator. In order to improve the efficiency of elevator patrol and ensure the quality of elevator inspection. This paper designs and implements a set of elevator patrol management information system used in elevator inspection. This system uses SSM framework and database design to develop SSM. Map display, path planning and other technologies have realized the management of patrol data information, and improved the efficiency and quality of elevator patrol inspection. Therefore, the research of this system is of great significance. According to the idea of three-tier architecture, the business logic layer, presentation layer and data access layer of elevator patrol management information system are designed and implemented. The business logic layer is based on Java EE platform. By integrating the SSM framework, the server is deployed in the system, and the front-end control layer of the server is realized by using the SpringMVC framework. The business logic layer on the server side is implemented using the spring container. The Mybatis framework is used to realize the data persistence layer on the server side. The data persistence layer of the system is realized by using the lightweight database MySQL. The presentation layer of the system is divided into web client and Android client. By calling the business logic layer, the system patrol information is added. Modify, view, delete and other management functions. The use of POI technology to achieve batch information import and addition, through the introduction of ZXing open source tools, the implementation of the patrol equipment QR code generation. The function of task push is realized by using aurora push service. In Android client, the lightweight embedded database SQLite in Android platform is used. The off-line work of the system is realized. By introducing the ZXing tool into the Android project, the scanning and parsing of the QR code is realized, and the SDK of Baidu map is used. The display of map on the Android client is realized. Using greedy algorithm, the route planning of patrol is realized, and the navigation function of Baidu map is used. At present, the elevator patrol management information system is basically realized, and the running results show that the system design is basically reasonable and plays a certain role in improving the efficiency and quality of patrol inspection.
