【摘要】：目的為了提升老年信息產(chǎn)品的滿意度,提出一種合理有效的設計方法。方法先采用文獻研究和焦點小組法對老年人APP進行形態(tài)圖構建,隨后通過層次分析法獲取老年人在形態(tài)決策過程中的偏好,并以此為依據(jù)構建最佳偏好原型,最后通過對比不同偏好等級方案的問卷滿意度評估結(jié)果,驗證方法的正確性與有效性。結(jié)論融合層次分析和形態(tài)分析的老年人信息產(chǎn)品設計方法,不僅可以為設計師提供較為全面的方案組合,而且可以在方案決策階段幫助設計師客觀有效地獲得老年人滿意的方案原型。
[Abstract]:Objective to improve the satisfaction of information products for the elderly, a reasonable and effective design method was put forward. Then through the analytic hierarchy process to obtain the preferences of the elderly in the process of morphological decision-making, and based on this to construct the best preference prototype, and finally through the comparison of different preference level of the questionnaire satisfaction evaluation results. Conclusion the method of information product design for the elderly, which combines AHP and morphological analysis, can not only provide a more comprehensive combination of solutions for designers. Moreover, it can help the designer to obtain the satisfied prototype of the aged objectively and effectively in the stage of project decision.
