【摘要】：企業(yè)管理很重要的一部分就是標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化管理,這也是提高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化水平管理行之有效的方法。目前,大部分管道儲(chǔ)運(yùn)業(yè)務(wù)管理還是采用比較傳統(tǒng)的形式,在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)信息獲取、資源整合等多方面都缺少快速有效的渠道,己然無法滿足現(xiàn)實(shí)工作的需求。因而,為提高管理效率,需要開發(fā)一套能適應(yīng)企業(yè)發(fā)展需求的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化信息管理系統(tǒng)。本項(xiàng)目面向中國石化管道儲(chǔ)運(yùn)業(yè)務(wù),以管道標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和科技信息管理與服務(wù)為目標(biāo),針對管道建設(shè)與管理的各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié),設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)油氣管道標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與科技信息管理系統(tǒng)。本軟件系統(tǒng)擬采用當(dāng)前較為成熟的軟件開發(fā)技術(shù),以MySQL為后臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)庫進(jìn)行開發(fā)。部署應(yīng)用后,可提供:標(biāo)準(zhǔn)分類管理、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)信息管理與查詢、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)查詢與瀏覽控制、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)范維護(hù)、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與新技術(shù)信息發(fā)布、信息交流平臺(tái)、企業(yè)出版物管理、用戶與權(quán)限管理、文獻(xiàn)訪問統(tǒng)計(jì)管理、系統(tǒng)管理等功能。系統(tǒng)開發(fā)完成后,可為管道建設(shè)、運(yùn)營管理和科研生產(chǎn)提供較為完整的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)信息管理與查詢、最新管道科技信息發(fā)布等綜合服務(wù),促進(jìn)企業(yè)在管理、生產(chǎn)、經(jīng)營等方面的規(guī)范化、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作,為提升企業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)應(yīng)用水平、規(guī)范化管理和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益搭建服務(wù)與信息平臺(tái)。這樣不僅能使管道標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化管理的流程實(shí)現(xiàn)簡化,而且還會(huì)降低了標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的工作量,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化信息的準(zhǔn)確性得到了良好的提高。同時(shí),大大地提升了企業(yè)對管道標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的管理水平。
[Abstract]:Enterprise management is an important part of standardized management, which is also an effective way to improve the standardized level management. At present, most of the pipeline storage and transportation business management is still using the more traditional form. In the standard information access, resource integration and other aspects of the lack of rapid and effective channels, has not been able to meet the needs of the actual work. Therefore, in order to improve the efficiency of management. It is necessary to develop a set of standardized information management system which can meet the needs of enterprise development. This project is aimed at pipeline standard and scientific and technological information management and service for Sinopec pipeline storage and transportation business. In view of each link of pipeline construction and management, design and develop oil and gas pipeline standard and science and technology information management system. This software system will adopt the current mature software development technology. After the deployment of the application, we can provide: standard classification management, standard information management and query, standard query and browse control, standard specification maintenance. Standards and new technology information release, information exchange platform, enterprise publication management, user and authority management, document access statistics management, system management and other functions. The operation management and scientific research and production provide relatively complete standard information management and inquiry, the latest pipeline science and technology information release and so on comprehensive service, promotes the enterprise in the management, the production, the management and so on the standardization, the standardization work. In order to improve the level of enterprise standard application, standardized management and economic benefits to build a service and information platform, not only can make the pipeline standardization management process to achieve simplification, but also reduce the workload of standardization. The accuracy of standardization information has been improved well. At the same time, the management level of pipeline standardization has been greatly improved.
