三次采油業(yè)務(wù)技能培訓(xùn)模型的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:隨著三次采油工業(yè)化規(guī)模逐步擴(kuò)大,對(duì)高技能人才的需要與日俱增,相關(guān)技能培訓(xùn)逐漸得到企業(yè)重視。對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)某采油廠三采室進(jìn)行調(diào)研發(fā)現(xiàn),當(dāng)前三次采油跟蹤運(yùn)行(簡(jiǎn)稱T-EOR)日常工作系統(tǒng)的使用培訓(xùn)存在個(gè)性化培訓(xùn)理念缺失,不能因材施教;日常工作系統(tǒng)智能化、集成化程度高,對(duì)員工業(yè)務(wù)技能水平要求嚴(yán)格;業(yè)務(wù)工作輻射域廣,崗位工作關(guān)聯(lián)性強(qiáng),導(dǎo)致培訓(xùn)缺乏系統(tǒng)性;培訓(xùn)考核、評(píng)估、反饋機(jī)制不健全等問題,導(dǎo)致業(yè)務(wù)技能培訓(xùn)效果不明顯。因此,如何有效開展培訓(xùn)成為三次采油跟蹤運(yùn)行經(jīng)濟(jì)化管理的迫切需求。利用信息化培訓(xùn)思想開展業(yè)務(wù)技能培訓(xùn)活動(dòng)逐漸成為國(guó)內(nèi)外企業(yè)培訓(xùn)員工知識(shí)、技能的重要手段,因此本文提出三次采油業(yè)務(wù)技能培訓(xùn)模型并對(duì)其進(jìn)行實(shí)例化設(shè)計(jì)。首先,設(shè)計(jì)T-EOR業(yè)務(wù)技能培訓(xùn)總體方案。深入分析三次采油跟蹤運(yùn)行工作系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用與培訓(xùn)現(xiàn)狀,理清了工作系統(tǒng)角色業(yè)務(wù)特點(diǎn)及角色與崗位級(jí)聯(lián)關(guān)系,明確了工作系統(tǒng)的培訓(xùn)現(xiàn)狀與培訓(xùn)需求;針對(duì)培訓(xùn)需求設(shè)計(jì)業(yè)務(wù)技能培訓(xùn)總體方案,包括培訓(xùn)模型的構(gòu)建思路與培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)方案。其次,構(gòu)建T-EOR業(yè)務(wù)技能培訓(xùn)模型。深入研究T-EOR日常工作系統(tǒng)角色業(yè)務(wù)特點(diǎn)及培訓(xùn)需求,確定了培訓(xùn)模型的構(gòu)建原則;分析了培訓(xùn)模型的設(shè)計(jì)思想及培訓(xùn)機(jī)理;構(gòu)建了三次采油業(yè)務(wù)技能培訓(xùn)模型的總體結(jié)構(gòu),詳細(xì)闡述了模型的組成;剖析了培訓(xùn)模型的特點(diǎn),為T-EOR業(yè)務(wù)技能培訓(xùn)提供完整的理論指導(dǎo)。最后,設(shè)計(jì)T-EOR業(yè)務(wù)技能培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)并驗(yàn)證培訓(xùn)效果。以業(yè)務(wù)技能培訓(xùn)總體方案為設(shè)計(jì)指導(dǎo),以T-EOR業(yè)務(wù)技能培訓(xùn)模型為理論支撐,設(shè)計(jì)并開發(fā)T-EOR業(yè)務(wù)技能培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng),將其應(yīng)用在日常工作系統(tǒng)培訓(xùn)中,通過培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)的輔助培訓(xùn)教會(huì)受訓(xùn)者利用日常工作系統(tǒng)開展業(yè)務(wù)工作,達(dá)到提高受訓(xùn)者業(yè)務(wù)技能水平、個(gè)人績(jī)效及企業(yè)績(jī)效的目的。系統(tǒng)中利用專家推理技術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)虛擬教師,實(shí)現(xiàn)了培訓(xùn)方案的個(gè)性化定制,使培訓(xùn)過程能夠自適應(yīng)學(xué)習(xí)者自身特征與學(xué)習(xí)需求。研究結(jié)果表明,培訓(xùn)總體方案的設(shè)計(jì)能夠真實(shí)有效的提高員工日常工作系統(tǒng)使用效率、業(yè)務(wù)技能掌握水平及個(gè)人績(jī)效,降低人力成本。
[Abstract]:With the gradual expansion of the scale of tertiary oil recovery industrialization, the need for highly skilled personnel is increasing day by day, and the related skills training has gradually been attached importance to by enterprises. At present, there is a lack of individualized training concept in the daily work system of T-EOR, which can not be taught according to students' aptitude, the intelligence of daily work system is high, the level of integration is high, and the level of professional skills of employees is strict. The wide radiation range of business work and the strong relevance of post work lead to the lack of systematization of training; the problems of training assessment, evaluation and feedback mechanism are not perfect, resulting in the effect of business skills training is not obvious. How to effectively carry out training has become an urgent need for the economic management of the third oil recovery tracking operation. The use of information training ideas to carry out business skills training activities has gradually become an important means for domestic and foreign enterprises to train employees' knowledge and skills. Therefore, this paper puts forward and instantiates the three-time oil recovery skill training model. Firstly, the general scheme of T-EOR business skill training is designed, and the current situation of application and training of the three-time oil recovery tracking operation system is deeply analyzed. The characteristics of the role of work system and the cascading relationship between the role and the post are clarified, the training status and the training demand of the work system are clarified, and the overall scheme of business skill training is designed according to the training demand. Secondly, the T-EOR business skills training model is constructed. The characteristics and training requirements of the role of T-EOR daily work system are deeply studied, and the principles of constructing the training model are determined. This paper analyzes the design idea and training mechanism of the training model, constructs the overall structure of the training model of tertiary oil recovery business skills, expounds the composition of the model in detail, analyzes the characteristics of the training model, and analyzes the characteristics of the training model. Finally, the T-EOR business skills training system is designed and the training effect is verified. The general scheme of business skills training is taken as the design guide, and the T-EOR business skills training model is used as the theoretical support. Design and develop T-EOR business skills training system, and apply it to daily work system training. Through the supplementary training of training system, church trainees can use daily work system to carry out business work, so as to improve the level of trainees' business skills. The purpose of personal performance and enterprise performance. The virtual teacher is designed by using expert reasoning technology in the system, which realizes the personalized customization of the training program, and enables the training process to adapt to the learner's own characteristics and learning needs. The research results show that, The design of the overall training program can effectively improve the efficiency of daily work system, the level of business skills and personal performance, and reduce the cost of human resources.
