【摘要】：3D打印技術(shù)與傳統(tǒng)制造技術(shù)相比,在原理上具有本質(zhì)性的不同,顯示出"革命性"特征;但3D打印技術(shù)并不能完全替代傳統(tǒng)制造技術(shù),二者是對立統(tǒng)一的互補(bǔ)關(guān)系。中國3D打印技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展很快,但受到技術(shù)瓶頸困擾、材料進(jìn)口依賴、應(yīng)用成本高企、"市場峽谷"阻礙等方面的制約。為了推進(jìn)中國3D打印技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)化,需要正確判定3D打印技術(shù)與產(chǎn)業(yè)的定位;建立"產(chǎn)學(xué)研用"協(xié)同創(chuàng)新中心及上下游合作研制生產(chǎn)3D打印材料;建立應(yīng)用示范基地,增強(qiáng)用戶對3D打印技術(shù)的信心;促進(jìn)3D打印商業(yè)運(yùn)營模式創(chuàng)新;培育3D打印技術(shù)應(yīng)用人才;政府建立3D打印行業(yè)基金吸引企業(yè)投資跟進(jìn)。
[Abstract]:Compared with traditional manufacturing technology, 3D printing technology is different in principle and shows "revolutionary" features. However, 3D printing technology can not completely replace the traditional manufacturing technology, the two are complementary to the unity of opposites. China's 3D printing technology industry has developed rapidly, but suffered from technical bottlenecks, material import dependence. In order to promote the industrialization of 3D printing technology in China, it is necessary to correctly judge the positioning of 3D printing technology and industry. To establish a collaborative innovation center for "production, education and research" and to develop and produce 3D printing materials in the upstream and downstream; Establish application demonstration base to enhance user's confidence in 3D printing technology; Promote 3D printing business operation mode innovation; Cultivating talents of 3D printing technology application; The government has set up a 3 D printing industry fund to attract companies to follow up.
