基于云平臺(tái)的團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)同辦公系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:協(xié)同辦公作為一種企業(yè)內(nèi)部辦公系統(tǒng),有效促進(jìn)了全球經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。協(xié)同辦公的目的是促進(jìn)企業(yè)內(nèi)部信息傳輸速度和員工溝通效率,達(dá)到信息流快捷方便傳輸?shù)矫總(gè)公司成員。目前信息化的建設(shè)已經(jīng)成為各個(gè)集團(tuán)、企業(yè)和組織尋求發(fā)展的必經(jīng)之路。本文分析了協(xié)同辦公的生產(chǎn)需求,提出了基于信息化的建設(shè)方案,成功改善了企業(yè)管理效率和工作效率。本系統(tǒng)是根據(jù)深圳某企業(yè)實(shí)際需求設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā),實(shí)現(xiàn)協(xié)同辦公的目的。該企業(yè)面臨的實(shí)際問(wèn)題就是公司在剛起步時(shí)要求系統(tǒng)提供對(duì)協(xié)同辦公的支持,以及基于辦公場(chǎng)景電子化的業(yè)務(wù)需求。企業(yè)要求在實(shí)際應(yīng)用中系統(tǒng)需要支持流程和管理的信息化,并且根據(jù)企業(yè)實(shí)際的業(yè)務(wù)設(shè)計(jì),希望解決項(xiàng)目跟進(jìn)不及時(shí)、項(xiàng)目管理松散、無(wú)法協(xié)同辦公、對(duì)部門(mén)團(tuán)隊(duì)管理不到位、信息共享不充分等問(wèn)題。通過(guò)建立協(xié)同辦公系統(tǒng),能有效幫助企業(yè)的發(fā)展,降低企業(yè)運(yùn)行成本、提升企業(yè)綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。系統(tǒng)使用了UML設(shè)計(jì)工具、數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì)語(yǔ)言等完成了對(duì)系統(tǒng)整體分析和設(shè)計(jì),達(dá)到了預(yù)期的目的,實(shí)現(xiàn)了預(yù)期的功能。課題將企業(yè)實(shí)際需求和信息化建設(shè)結(jié)合起來(lái),有效的促進(jìn)了企業(yè)管理水平的提高。本系統(tǒng)圍繞著易用性、實(shí)用性、先進(jìn)性、適用性以及安全可靠等原則,保障系統(tǒng)平穩(wěn)健康運(yùn)行,有效提供實(shí)用和可靠的服務(wù),解決了企業(yè)實(shí)際的問(wèn)題,并且設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)各項(xiàng)功能。
[Abstract]:As an internal office system, cooperative office has effectively promoted the development of the global economy. The purpose of cooperative office is to promote the speed of information transmission and the communication efficiency of employees. At present, the construction of information technology has become the only way for all groups, enterprises and organizations to seek development. This paper analyzes the production needs of collaborative office. This paper puts forward the construction scheme based on information technology, which improves the management efficiency and working efficiency of the enterprise successfully. The system is designed and developed according to the actual needs of a certain enterprise in Shenzhen. To achieve the purpose of collaborative office. The actual problem that the enterprise is facing is that the company requires the system to provide support to the cooperative office at the beginning. As well as the business needs based on the electronic office scenario. Enterprises require that the system needs to support the process and management information in practical applications, and according to the actual business design of the enterprise, it is not timely to solve the problem of project follow-up. The project management is loose, unable to work in cooperation, the department team management is not in place, the information sharing is insufficient and so on. Through the establishment of the cooperative office system, it can effectively help the development of the enterprise and reduce the running cost of the enterprise. Improve the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises. The system uses UML design tools, database design language to complete the overall analysis and design of the system, to achieve the desired purpose. Achieve the expected function. The subject will combine the actual needs of enterprises with the information construction, effectively promote the improvement of enterprise management level. This system around ease of use, practicality, advanced. The principles of applicability, safety and reliability ensure the smooth and healthy operation of the system, effectively provide practical and reliable services, solve the actual problems of the enterprise, and design and develop various functions.
