【摘要】：隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,人機交互的方式也發(fā)生了很大的改變。對話系統(tǒng)是人機交互技術(shù)發(fā)展到現(xiàn)在的產(chǎn)物,它允許用戶用自然語言和計算機應(yīng)用程序交互。近些年來,知識圖譜的興起也給對話系統(tǒng)帶來了新的思考和新的想法。本人在實習(xí)公司參與的項目就是對話系統(tǒng),該對話系統(tǒng)通過應(yīng)用接口的方式為其他系統(tǒng)提供服務(wù)。本人負責(zé)的是數(shù)據(jù)預(yù)處理模塊的工作,包括數(shù)據(jù)采集、數(shù)據(jù)存儲、知識圖譜的構(gòu)建。本人具體的工作內(nèi)容如下:(1)前期進行大量的調(diào)研和分析,了解行業(yè)背景和工作流程,分析現(xiàn)有系統(tǒng)的不足和問題,查閱文獻資料,針對性解決問題,提出解決方案。(2)獨立完成實現(xiàn)了數(shù)據(jù)采集的全部功能,參與了知識圖譜構(gòu)建的相關(guān)模塊。(3)基于SpringCloud的微服務(wù)架構(gòu)實現(xiàn)了數(shù)據(jù)采集,將數(shù)據(jù)采集流程中的各個部分變成了獨立的服務(wù)。(4)在數(shù)據(jù)采集當(dāng)中研究了基于XML(Extensible Markup Language)的頁面可視化的配置,分析總結(jié)了不同數(shù)據(jù)之間的相互轉(zhuǎn)換的規(guī)則,實現(xiàn)了抽取規(guī)則的可視化配置。(5)研究了知識圖譜構(gòu)建的相關(guān)文獻,和同事總結(jié)了構(gòu)建的一些步驟,通過自然語言處理的技術(shù)進行處理,最終構(gòu)建成知識圖譜,這些步驟還處在實踐優(yōu)化階段。(6)參與并對相關(guān)模塊進行了測試。本人參與的工作完成了現(xiàn)階段的目標(biāo),還在進行著持續(xù)性的優(yōu)化和開發(fā)。數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)運行良好,知識圖譜正在分領(lǐng)域的構(gòu)建中。
[Abstract]:With the development of Internet technology, the way of human-computer interaction has changed greatly. Dialogue system is the product of human-computer interaction technology. It allows users to interact with computer applications in natural languages. The rise of knowledge map also brings new thinking and new ideas to the dialogue system. The project I participated in in the internship company is the dialogue system. The dialogue system provides services to other systems through the application interface. I am responsible for the work of the data preprocessing module, including data acquisition, data storage. The construction of knowledge map. My specific work content is as follows: 1) the previous stage of a large number of research and analysis, understanding of the industry background and work process, analysis of the shortcomings and problems of the existing system, consult the literature. Aiming at solving the problem, putting forward the solution. 2) accomplishing all the functions of data collection independently. Participate in the building of knowledge map related module. 3) based on the SpringCloud micro-service architecture to achieve data acquisition. Turn each part of the data acquisition process into a separate service. 4) in the data collection, we study the data acquisition based on XML(Extensible Markup language. The configuration of page visualization for. This paper analyzes and summarizes the rules of conversion between different data, realizes the visual configuration of extraction rules. (5) researches the related literature of knowledge map construction, and summarizes some steps of construction. Through the natural language processing technology to process, the final construction of knowledge map. These steps are also in the practical optimization stage. 6) participate and test the relevant modules. I participated in the work completed the goal of the present stage. The data acquisition system is running well and the knowledge map is being constructed in different fields.
