【摘要】:當(dāng)前,商業(yè)銀行業(yè)務(wù)都在向著精細(xì)化管理、精準(zhǔn)營(yíng)銷的方向發(fā)展,銀行對(duì)于數(shù)據(jù)分析的需求已成為銀行經(jīng)營(yíng)管理中不可或缺的組成。成功的經(jīng)營(yíng)數(shù)據(jù)分析除了可以讓銀行管理層清楚地獲得當(dāng)前銀行的經(jīng)營(yíng)狀況,更可以通過多種維度的數(shù)據(jù)分析了解某項(xiàng)工作的不足,從而指導(dǎo)銀行管理者和經(jīng)營(yíng)單位重點(diǎn)進(jìn)行改進(jìn),最終取得良好的經(jīng)營(yíng)收益。BJ商業(yè)銀行早先曾經(jīng)使用手工報(bào)表數(shù)據(jù)收集、整合、分析的方法開展經(jīng)營(yíng)數(shù)據(jù)分析,但隨著業(yè)務(wù)的快速發(fā)展,手工分析的效率和時(shí)效性、準(zhǔn)確性已無法滿足對(duì)業(yè)務(wù)精確指導(dǎo)的要求。為了助力銀行更高效地開展經(jīng)營(yíng)數(shù)據(jù)分析,BJ商業(yè)銀行計(jì)劃根據(jù)目前比較成熟的電腦軟件開發(fā)技術(shù),開發(fā)適合BJ商業(yè)銀行的經(jīng)營(yíng)數(shù)據(jù)分析管理系統(tǒng),對(duì)銀行目前經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)和經(jīng)營(yíng)情況進(jìn)行計(jì)算分析,制定銀行經(jīng)營(yíng)發(fā)展規(guī)劃。本研究以BJ商業(yè)銀行經(jīng)營(yíng)數(shù)據(jù)分析為研究對(duì)象,基于項(xiàng)目管理及經(jīng)營(yíng)管理的理論,通過對(duì)商業(yè)銀行的經(jīng)營(yíng)分析工作面臨的問題及業(yè)務(wù)需求進(jìn)行全面的分析,設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)適用于BJ商業(yè)銀行自身特色的經(jīng)營(yíng)數(shù)據(jù)分析管理系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)利用先進(jìn)的J2EE技術(shù)、應(yīng)用目前主流的Struts2、Spring3.0、JDBC框架進(jìn)行構(gòu)建,融合應(yīng)用多種數(shù)據(jù)處理工具、應(yīng)用定制技術(shù)、數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)性能優(yōu)化技術(shù),在提高系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定性和數(shù)據(jù)處理效率的基礎(chǔ)上,通過對(duì)銀行各類經(jīng)營(yíng)指標(biāo)數(shù)據(jù)的分析,生成滿足經(jīng)營(yíng)決策需要的各類報(bào)表和格式輸出數(shù)據(jù),強(qiáng)化銀行對(duì)業(yè)務(wù)開展的統(tǒng)籌安排,最終顯著提高銀行在市場(chǎng)上的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。本研究首先對(duì)經(jīng)營(yíng)數(shù)據(jù)分析管理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了需求分析,劃分了功能性需求和非功能性需求,給出了系統(tǒng)用例圖和數(shù)據(jù)分析E-R圖。在需求分析基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì),對(duì)系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)、系統(tǒng)接口、數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)結(jié)構(gòu)、功能模塊進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)說明。在系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)章節(jié),本文對(duì)系統(tǒng)采用B/S架構(gòu),MVC設(shè)計(jì)模式的具體實(shí)現(xiàn)作出了說明,并給出了系統(tǒng)登錄模塊、權(quán)限管理模塊、數(shù)據(jù)采集模塊、綜合業(yè)務(wù)管理模塊、經(jīng)營(yíng)指標(biāo)分析模塊等核心模塊的算法設(shè)計(jì)和部分代碼。在隨后的系統(tǒng)測(cè)試章節(jié)闡述了整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的功能測(cè)試、性能測(cè)試和用戶測(cè)試的具體方法和步驟。最后,作者對(duì)工作成果進(jìn)行了總結(jié),并提出了進(jìn)一步的改進(jìn)方向。
[Abstract]:At present, the business of commercial banks is developing towards the direction of fine management and precise marketing. The demand for bank data analysis has become an indispensable component of bank management. Successful business data analysis can not only make the bank management clear access to the current bank business situation. More can be through the multi-dimensional data analysis to understand the shortcomings of a certain work, so as to guide bank managers and business units to focus on improvement. BJ commercial bank has used manual report data collection, integration, analysis methods to carry out business data analysis, but with the rapid development of business. The efficiency, timeliness and accuracy of manual analysis can not meet the requirements of precise business guidance. In order to help the bank to carry out business data analysis more efficiently. BJ Commercial Bank plans to develop a business data analysis and management system suitable for BJ commercial banks according to the current mature computer software development technology, and to calculate and analyze the current economic structure and operating conditions of the banks. This research takes BJ commercial bank management data analysis as the research object, based on the project management and the management management theory. Through the business analysis of commercial banks facing the problems and business needs to conduct a comprehensive analysis. Design and implementation of BJ commercial bank's own characteristics of management data analysis and management system. The system uses advanced J2EE technology to apply the current mainstream Struts 2Spring 3.0. The JDBC framework is constructed, which combines various data processing tools, customization technology, database performance optimization technology, and improves the system stability and data processing efficiency on the basis of improving the system stability and data processing efficiency. Through the analysis of all kinds of management index data of banks, we can generate all kinds of report forms and format output data to meet the needs of business decision, and strengthen the overall arrangement of bank to carry out business. Finally, the competitiveness of banks in the market can be significantly improved. Firstly, this paper analyzes the requirements of the management system of business data analysis, and divides the functional requirements and non-functional requirements. The system use case diagram and data analysis E-R diagram are given. On the basis of requirement analysis, the system structure, system interface and database structure are designed. The function module is described in detail. In the chapter of the system implementation, this paper describes the system using B / S architecture MVC design pattern, and gives the system login module, authority management module. Data acquisition module, integrated business management module, business index analysis module and other core module algorithm design and part of the code. The concrete methods and steps of performance test and user test are given. Finally, the author summarizes the work results and puts forward the direction of further improvement.
