【摘要】：目的為了提高航空運(yùn)輸集裝托盤使用的安全性與經(jīng)濟(jì)性,實(shí)現(xiàn)航空運(yùn)輸集裝托盤脫膠的在線監(jiān)測(cè)。方法研究一種基于優(yōu)化損傷概率成像的航空運(yùn)輸集裝托盤脫膠監(jiān)測(cè)方法,該方法首先將監(jiān)測(cè)區(qū)域劃分為一個(gè)個(gè)矩形子區(qū)域,然后判別航空運(yùn)輸集裝托盤脫膠發(fā)生的子區(qū)域,其次使用損傷概率成像方法對(duì)脫膠進(jìn)行定位,最后結(jié)合脫膠發(fā)生的子區(qū)域計(jì)算出航空運(yùn)輸集裝托盤脫膠的位置坐標(biāo)。結(jié)果依據(jù)航空運(yùn)輸集裝托盤的生產(chǎn)工藝自制了一塊試件對(duì)該方法進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證,定位距離誤差不大于2 cm。結(jié)論基于優(yōu)化損傷概率成像的航空運(yùn)輸集裝托盤脫膠監(jiān)測(cè)方法可對(duì)航空運(yùn)輸集裝托盤脫膠進(jìn)行不依賴信號(hào)傳播速度的成像定位。
[Abstract]:Objective to improve the safety and economy of air transport container tray. To realize the on-line monitoring of air transport container tray degumming. Methods A method of air transportation container tray degumming monitoring based on optimal damage probability imaging was studied. In this method, the monitoring area is divided into rectangular sub-regions, and then the sub-areas of air transport container tray degumming are identified. Secondly, the damage probability imaging method is used to locate the degumming. Finally, the position coordinates of air transport container tray degumming were calculated in combination with the sub-region of degumming. Results according to the production technology of air transport container tray, a piece of test piece was made to verify the method. The location distance error is not more than 2 cm. Conclusion based on optimal damage probability imaging, the method of air transport container tray degumming monitoring can be used to locate air transport container tray degumming independently of signal propagation velocity.
