基于照度調(diào)整的礦井非均勻照度視頻圖像增強(qiáng)算法

【摘要】:由于煤礦井下空間環(huán)境受粉塵等因素的影響,視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)獲取的作業(yè)環(huán)境圖像存在照度低、照度不均勻等問(wèn)題,而且現(xiàn)有的算法在處理煤礦非均勻照度圖像時(shí)會(huì)出現(xiàn)顏色失真或者過(guò)增強(qiáng)現(xiàn)象,這不利于對(duì)圖像的判讀和應(yīng)用。結(jié)合煤礦的實(shí)際數(shù)據(jù),提出了一種新的圖像增強(qiáng)算法,克服了現(xiàn)有算法存在的問(wèn)題:分析井下視頻圖像特點(diǎn),采用具有邊緣保持特性的多尺度引導(dǎo)濾波獲取照度分量;基于Retinex理論,將圖像分解為照度分量與反射分量;針對(duì)照度不均勻的特性,提出一種新的"S型"曲線函數(shù)對(duì)其進(jìn)行調(diào)整;分析圖像的特性,引入受限對(duì)比度自適應(yīng)直方圖對(duì)其對(duì)比度進(jìn)行增強(qiáng);提出新的圖像增強(qiáng)模型,利用細(xì)節(jié)增強(qiáng)系數(shù)和照度增強(qiáng)系數(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)圖像的綜合增強(qiáng)。與其他4種算法的對(duì)比試驗(yàn)表明,本文算法在主觀評(píng)價(jià)和客觀評(píng)價(jià)方面都優(yōu)于上述算法。實(shí)驗(yàn)證明,本算法具有有效提升圖像整體亮度和對(duì)比度,同時(shí)避免光源附近亮區(qū)域的過(guò)增強(qiáng)現(xiàn)象的特點(diǎn),能夠滿足礦山實(shí)際應(yīng)用需求。
[Abstract]:Because the underground space environment of coal mine is affected by dust and other factors, the image of working environment obtained by video surveillance system has some problems such as low illumination, uneven illumination and so on. Moreover, the existing algorithms will appear color distortion or over-enhancement phenomenon when processing the coal mine non-uniform illumination image, which is not conducive to the interpretation and application of the image, combined with the actual data of the coal mine. In this paper, a new image enhancement algorithm is proposed, which overcomes the existing problems: analyzing the characteristics of downhole video images, using multi-scale guided filter with edge holding characteristics to obtain illuminance components; Based on Retinex theory, the image is decomposed into illuminance component and reflection component. A new "S-shaped" curve function is proposed to adjust the inhomogeneity of illumination. The characteristics of the image are analyzed and the contrast is enhanced by using the restricted contrast adaptive histogram. A new image enhancement model is proposed, which uses detail enhancement coefficient and illuminance enhancement coefficient to achieve image enhancement. This algorithm is superior to the above algorithm in subjective evaluation and objective evaluation. Experiments show that the algorithm can effectively improve the overall brightness and contrast of the image, while avoiding the phenomenon of over-enhancement near the light source. It can meet the needs of mine application.
