基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的心電監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計

【摘要】:心腦血管疾病(CCVD)是一種嚴(yán)重威脅人類健康的疾病,具有高患病率、高致殘率和高死亡率的特點。由于CCVD具有突發(fā)性、隱蔽性的特征,因此迫切需要一款便攜式心電監(jiān)護設(shè)備,實現(xiàn)患者的全天候監(jiān)護。隨著物聯(lián)網(wǎng)與智能手機的發(fā)展,越來越多的智能化產(chǎn)品面向市場,醫(yī)療設(shè)備也正向微型化、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化、智能化方向發(fā)展,這使遠程心電監(jiān)護成為可能。將心電信號采集、無線通信、云數(shù)據(jù)同步相結(jié)合,研發(fā)一款低功耗的便攜式遠程心電監(jiān)護設(shè)備,可以實現(xiàn)患者遠程、全天候心電監(jiān)護,大大降低心腦血管疾病的患病率和死亡率。本文設(shè)計了一款基于智能手機的遠程心電監(jiān)護系統(tǒng),采用ADS1191低功耗信號采集芯片和CC2540藍牙4.0低功耗解決方案,設(shè)計了心電信號采集終端,實現(xiàn)心電信號的采集和無線數(shù)據(jù)傳輸;以智能手機為平臺,設(shè)計了一款手機APP,實現(xiàn)心電數(shù)據(jù)的在線監(jiān)護與遠程數(shù)據(jù)同步,為患者提供全天候監(jiān)護服務(wù)。該系統(tǒng)具有功耗低、易操作、可穿戴的特點。測試結(jié)果表明,該系統(tǒng)能夠準(zhǔn)確測量心電信號,并對心電信號進行實時性檢測,實現(xiàn)了本地與遠程服務(wù)器的數(shù)據(jù)同步與遠程診斷等功能。
[Abstract]:Cardio-cerebrovascular disease (CCVD) is a serious threat to human health, with high morbidity, high disability rate and high mortality. Therefore, there is an urgent need for a portable ECG monitoring device to achieve all-weather monitoring of patients. With the development of the Internet of things and smart phones, more and more intelligent products are facing the market, and medical devices are also becoming miniaturized. With the development of network and intelligence, remote ECG monitoring is possible. A low power consumption portable remote ECG monitoring device is developed by combining ECG signal acquisition, wireless communication and cloud data synchronization. Can achieve remote, all-weather ECG monitoring, greatly reduce the prevalence and mortality of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. This paper designed a smart phone based remote ECG monitoring system. Adopting ADS1191 low-power signal acquisition chip and CC2540 Bluetooth 4.0 low-power solution, the ECG signal acquisition terminal is designed to realize ECG signal acquisition and wireless data transmission. Based on the platform of smart phone, a mobile phone app is designed, which can synchronize ECG data online with remote data, and provide all-weather monitoring service for patients. The system has low power consumption and easy to operate. The test results show that the system can accurately measure ECG signals and detect ECG signals in real time. The functions of data synchronization and remote diagnosis between local and remote servers are realized.
