國家電網(wǎng)業(yè)務(wù)流程監(jiān)控平臺的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:隨著國家電網(wǎng)企業(yè)規(guī)模不斷的擴(kuò)展,機(jī)構(gòu)變得原來越龐大,業(yè)務(wù)變得越來越復(fù)雜,在當(dāng)前市場化激烈競爭中,如何有效監(jiān)控企業(yè)的業(yè)務(wù)運(yùn)行狀況,及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)企業(yè)發(fā)展中存在的問題,規(guī)避這些問題對企業(yè)的健康發(fā)展帶來的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),保障企業(yè)高效、健康的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),是當(dāng)前企業(yè)面臨的重要問題。論文選題來源于北京中電普華信息技術(shù)有限公司的實(shí)際工程項(xiàng)目,設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)了國家電網(wǎng)業(yè)務(wù)流程監(jiān)控平臺。業(yè)務(wù)流程監(jiān)控平臺采用在線監(jiān)控手段,實(shí)時(shí)采集企業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)中的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),依據(jù)特定的業(yè)務(wù)模型和業(yè)務(wù)指標(biāo),由業(yè)務(wù)人員定制業(yè)務(wù)分析策略,平臺進(jìn)行自動(dòng)分析,并將分析發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題及時(shí)通知給相關(guān)人員,再由相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)人員進(jìn)行問題定位,確定問題的處理策略。論文完成的主要工作包括:完成了業(yè)務(wù)流程監(jiān)控平臺的需求分析;設(shè)計(jì)了平臺的系統(tǒng)架構(gòu),完成了數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計(jì);設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)了業(yè)務(wù)流程監(jiān)控平臺的系統(tǒng)管理、數(shù)據(jù)采集、指標(biāo)計(jì)算、標(biāo)預(yù)告警、結(jié)果輸出等功能模塊。其中,系統(tǒng)管理是對整個(gè)平臺基礎(chǔ)性和安全性工作的保障,包含基礎(chǔ)設(shè)置、系統(tǒng)監(jiān)控兩大模塊;數(shù)據(jù)采集模塊中配置被采集業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)源、采集模板、采集任務(wù)調(diào)度和采集接口,系統(tǒng)根據(jù)配置的信息定時(shí)自動(dòng)從業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)源中將流程監(jiān)控平臺中所需要的數(shù)據(jù)采集到流程監(jiān)控平臺的數(shù)據(jù)中心中;指標(biāo)計(jì)算包含三個(gè)部分,分別為指標(biāo)模板管理、指標(biāo)庫管理和指標(biāo)導(dǎo)出;指標(biāo)預(yù)告警在指標(biāo)計(jì)算里進(jìn)行配置,配置好規(guī)則之后,由規(guī)則引擎執(zhí)行;結(jié)果輸出對輸出數(shù)據(jù)建立輸出模型,然后配置輸出數(shù)據(jù)模型的對外接口。論文設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)的業(yè)務(wù)流程監(jiān)控平臺已經(jīng)在國家電網(wǎng)風(fēng)控項(xiàng)目中做了初步驗(yàn)證,使國家電網(wǎng)的企業(yè)運(yùn)營監(jiān)控由原來的事后監(jiān)控轉(zhuǎn)為實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控,在線監(jiān)控手段大大提高了監(jiān)控的及時(shí)性,使企業(yè)中存在的問題能及時(shí)被發(fā)現(xiàn)并規(guī)避,有效降低企業(yè)發(fā)展中的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。
[Abstract]:With the continuous expansion of the scale of the State Grid enterprises, the larger the organizations become, the more complex the business becomes. How to effectively monitor the business operation of enterprises in the current fierce market competition. Discover the problems in the development of the enterprise in time, avoid the risk that these problems bring to the healthy development of the enterprise, ensure the efficient and healthy operation of the enterprise. This paper comes from the actual project of Beijing CLP Puhua Information Technology Co., Ltd. Design and implementation of the State Grid business process monitoring platform. The business process monitoring platform uses online monitoring means, real-time acquisition of relevant data in the enterprise business system, according to the specific business model and business indicators. The business personnel customize the business analysis strategy, the platform carries on the automatic analysis, and the analysis finds the question to inform the related personnel in time, then by the related business personnel carries on the question localization. The main work of this paper is as follows: the requirement analysis of the business process monitoring platform is completed; The system architecture of the platform is designed, and the database design is completed. Design and implementation of business process monitoring platform system management, data acquisition, index calculation, warning warning, result output and other functional modules. System management is the guarantee of the basic and security work of the whole platform, including two modules: basic setup and system monitoring. The data acquisition module is configured with the data source of the collected business system, the collection template, the collection task scheduling and the acquisition interface. According to the configuration information, the system automatically collects the data needed in the process monitoring platform from the data source of the business system to the data center of the process monitoring platform. The index calculation includes three parts: index template management, index database management and index export. The index warning alarm is configured in the index calculation and the rules are configured and executed by the rule engine. Results the output model of the output data is established, and then the external interface of the output data model is configured. The business process monitoring platform designed and implemented in this paper has been preliminarily verified in the State Grid risk Control Project. Make the State Grid enterprise operation monitoring from the original monitoring after the event to real-time monitoring, on-line monitoring means greatly improve the timeliness of monitoring, so that the existing problems in the enterprise can be found and avoided in time. Effectively reduce the risk of enterprise development.
