【摘要】：圖書館信息管理系統(tǒng)為圖書館數(shù)字化信息化的發(fā)展方向起到了指導和定位的作用,并直接影響著圖書館為讀者提供服務工作的好壞和圖書館業(yè)務水平質(zhì)量和效率的高低。 本課題的研究基于現(xiàn)有高校圖書館信息管理系統(tǒng)的功能作用,結(jié)合計算機及相關(guān)專業(yè)知識,如多媒體技術(shù),數(shù)據(jù)庫技術(shù),信息管理系統(tǒng)知識等,開發(fā)一套適用于東營職業(yè)學院的圖書館信息管理系統(tǒng)。本課題根據(jù)軟件工程的思想,對現(xiàn)有圖書館信息管理系統(tǒng)的基本功能進行分析,提出了東營職業(yè)學院圖書館信息管理系統(tǒng)的解決方案。課題使用基于UML的可視化建模技術(shù),參照RUP的軟件開發(fā)過程方法,對圖書館信息管理系統(tǒng)進行分析,通過用例分析得到需求捕獲,通過對用例的進一步分析,得出主要總體流程圖,并結(jié)合J2EE技術(shù)和數(shù)據(jù)庫技術(shù)對信息管理系統(tǒng)進行設計。系統(tǒng)的基本功能有圖書信息管理,圖書借閱管理等。 系統(tǒng)根據(jù)東營職業(yè)學院圖書館的實際情況,利用計算機對圖書館的圖書文獻信息進行管理,提高了用戶檢索圖書文獻信息的效率,方便的了用戶借還圖書的操作,節(jié)省了用戶借、還、續(xù)借圖書的時間,降低了圖書館的管理成本,提高了圖書館的管理效率。
[Abstract]:Library information management system plays a guiding and positioning role for the development direction of library digital information. It directly affects the quality and efficiency of library service for readers. The research of this subject is based on the function of the information management system of the existing university library, combined with computer and related professional knowledge, such as multimedia technology, database technology, information management system knowledge and so on. This paper develops a library information management system suitable for Dongying Vocational College. According to the idea of software engineering, this paper analyzes the basic functions of the existing library information management system. This paper puts forward a solution to the information management system of the library of Dongying Vocational College. The subject uses the visual modeling technology based on UML and refers to the software development process method of RUP. Through the analysis of the library information management system, through the use case analysis to obtain the requirement capture, through the use case further analysis, obtains the main overall flow chart. Combined with J2EE technology and database technology, the information management system is designed. The basic functions of the system are book information management, book borrowing management and so on. According to the actual situation of the library of Dongying Vocational College, the system uses computer to manage the library's books and documents information, and improves the efficiency of users' retrieval of books and documents information. It is convenient for users to borrow and return books, save the time for users to borrow and renew books, reduce the cost of library management, and improve the efficiency of library management.
