【摘要】：隨著城市化進(jìn)程的加快和人們對高質(zhì)量生活品質(zhì)的需求,出現(xiàn)了越來越來的現(xiàn)代化智能住宅小區(qū)。傳統(tǒng)的物業(yè)管理方式因其效率低、保密性差,正被更加高效、便捷的物業(yè)管理系統(tǒng)所取代。移動(dòng)通信和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的高速發(fā)展帶來了流暢的手機(jī)運(yùn)行和數(shù)據(jù)傳輸速度,使得智能手機(jī)發(fā)揮著越來越重要的作用。目前主流的智能手機(jī)操作系統(tǒng)主要有IOS、Windows Phone、Android等。根據(jù)市場研究公司Gartner公布的最新報(bào)告顯示,截止2015年第三季度,Android操作系統(tǒng)仍在全球市場上占據(jù)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)地位,所占份額為84.7%,因此,實(shí)現(xiàn)一套Android平臺下的物業(yè)管理系統(tǒng)具有十分重要的意義。本文在研究了UML建模技術(shù)、數(shù)據(jù)庫管理系統(tǒng)和Android平臺的基礎(chǔ)上,采用了分層設(shè)計(jì)的方法,設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)了一個(gè)基于Android平臺的物業(yè)管理系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)基于Android體系結(jié)構(gòu),并結(jié)合傳統(tǒng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)服務(wù)器,包括視圖層、業(yè)務(wù)邏輯層和數(shù)據(jù)訪問層三層架構(gòu)。視圖層呈現(xiàn)界面,業(yè)務(wù)邏輯層為中間層,數(shù)據(jù)訪問層負(fù)責(zé)對數(shù)據(jù)庫進(jìn)行操作。在實(shí)現(xiàn)物業(yè)管理系統(tǒng)的公告管理、房屋交易管理、繳費(fèi)信息管理、投訴管理、報(bào)修管理、門禁密碼管理等功能的基礎(chǔ)上,研究了系統(tǒng)的安全性。使用了AES加密算法對數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了加密保證了系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)安全;對APK安裝文件進(jìn)行了簽名校驗(yàn)保證了系統(tǒng)的代碼安全。最后,對本系統(tǒng)的各個(gè)模塊進(jìn)行了功能測試和系統(tǒng)測試,經(jīng)過模擬機(jī)和實(shí)際手機(jī)測試,本系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)的物業(yè)管理系統(tǒng)能夠有效完成各個(gè)模塊的功能,達(dá)到了設(shè)計(jì)目的,提高物業(yè)管理效率,具有可靠性和實(shí)用性。

According to the latest report from market research company Gartner released, as of the third quarter of 2015, Android operating system still occupy the leading position in the global market on the share of 84.7%, therefore, it is very important to realize the property management system under the Android platform. Based on the research of UML modeling technology, the number of According to the basic database management system and Android platform, using the hierarchical design method, the design and implementation of a property management system based on Android platform. The system is based on Android architecture, combined with the traditional network server, including the view layer, business logic layer and data access layer three layer view layer presentation interface architecture. The business logic layer, intermediate layer, data access layer is responsible for the operation of the database. In the announcement to realize the management of property management system, housing transaction management, payment information management, complaint management, repair management, access password management functions based on the research of the security system. The use of AES encryption algorithm. Encryption to ensure data security of the system of data; on the APK installation file signature check to ensure the system security code. Finally, each module in the system is tested and System test, through simulation and actual mobile phone testing, the property management system designed and implemented by the system can effectively complete the functions of each module, achieve the purpose of design, improve the efficiency of property management, and have reliability and practicality.
