    前言：基于情緒智力是加工、處理情緒及情緒信息的能力,而人工智能中的感情計(jì)算是要賦予計(jì)算機(jī)與人互動(dòng)過程中情感信息的加工能力,人腦處理情緒信息的能力與電腦處理情緒信息的能力可以進(jìn)行類比。近幾年來,人工智能專家已經(jīng)認(rèn)識(shí)到情緒智力在感情計(jì)算中的重要作用和意義,把人類識(shí)別和表達(dá)情感的能力賦予計(jì)算機(jī),開發(fā)了具有部分感情能力的計(jì)算機(jī)。新一代感情計(jì)算機(jī)的研發(fā)和應(yīng)用依賴于人工智能專家與心理學(xué)家之間的密切合作,兩者的研究成果可以相互借鑒和互補(bǔ)。
