汽車鈦合金連桿切削加工中的刀具磨損研究

【摘要】:以汽車鈦合金連桿為研究對象,分析了鈦合金連桿在切削加工工藝過程中的刀具磨損量、切削力和刀具壽命隨著切削速度、潤滑壓力的變化規(guī)律。試驗分析結果表明:刀具磨損量隨著切削速度的增加而增加,隨著水射流潤滑壓力的增加先減小后增加;刀具切削力和軸向力均隨著水射流壓力的增大先減小后增加,但軸向力的變化較切削力更加敏感,變化速率更快;刀具壽命隨著切削速度的增加而減小,隨著水射流壓力的增加先增大后減小,鈦合金連桿的最佳工況為切削速度75m/min,潤滑壓力10MPa。
[Abstract]:Taking automobile titanium alloy connecting rod as the research object, the variation of tool wear, cutting force and tool life with cutting speed and lubrication pressure of titanium alloy connecting rod in cutting process is analyzed. The experimental results show that the tool wear increases with the increase of cutting speed, decreases at first and then increases with the increase of water jet lubrication pressure, and the cutting force and axial force decrease at first and then increase with the increase of water jet pressure, but the change of axial force is more sensitive and the change rate is faster than that of cutting force. The tool life decreases with the increase of cutting speed, and then decreases with the increase of water jet pressure.
