【摘要】：針對在某次汽車水性銀色漆的涂裝中面漆出現(xiàn)"黑點"問題,分析涂裝工藝、材料本身變質、外來污染源等因素,通過排查,并依據噴板試驗及紅外光譜分析,最終確定喉封液滲入水性銀色漆導致了"黑點"問題的發(fā)生,通過維修輸漆管路系統(tǒng)動力泵的密封性及更換罐體內污染的水性銀色漆,解決了水性漆色漆的"黑點"問題。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the``black spot'' problem in the coating of the water-based silver paint of a certain automobile, the paper analyzes the painting process, the deterioration of the material itself, the external pollution source, etc. Through the troubleshooting, and according to the spray plate test and the infrared spectroscopy analysis, it is determined that the seepage of the laryngeal liquid into the water-based silver paint leads to the``black spot'' problem. The problem of``black spot'' problem is solved by repairing the maintenance of the power pump of the power pump of the paint conveying system and replacing the water-borne silver paint in the tank body.
