【摘要】:汽車零部件供應(yīng)商對汽車制造企業(yè)的影響巨大,在零部件的產(chǎn)品設(shè)計、產(chǎn)品價值、產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量、庫存水平等方面都影響著汽車制造企業(yè)的發(fā)展。隨著世界汽車工業(yè)的發(fā)展,汽車制造企業(yè)之間的競爭越來越激烈,為了迎合市場及消費者喜好,各項先進(jìn)技術(shù)不斷被應(yīng)用在汽車上,汽車的各項性能越來越好。同時,由于汽車的普及,人們也越來越重視汽車質(zhì)量以及應(yīng)對售后服務(wù)的能力,競爭日趨白熱化。汽車零部件采購成本已占到汽車制造企業(yè)總支出的絕大部分份額,據(jù)大致統(tǒng)計,汽車總成本約80%來源于汽車零部件,如果采購成本能降低1%,則利潤將會提高5%~10%,而增加1%的銷售還不能提高1%的利潤,通過降低采購成本來增加利潤更容易。除了成本與利潤之外,汽車制造企業(yè)中30%的質(zhì)量問題和80%的產(chǎn)品交貨期問題都是由零部件供應(yīng)商引起的,所以零部件質(zhì)量以及某些專有領(lǐng)域產(chǎn)品新技術(shù)的應(yīng)用也就取決于主機廠對汽車零部件供應(yīng)商的選擇和管理。A汽車制造公司作為新生企業(yè)面臨著嚴(yán)重的來料質(zhì)量和交期延遲問題,有必要進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。優(yōu)化汽車零部件供應(yīng)商體系,建立良性競爭的供應(yīng)體系,已經(jīng)成為汽車制造業(yè)的管理重點。本文致力于減少A公司的來料質(zhì)量和交期延期問題,所以本文在第二章先介紹汽車制造企業(yè)供應(yīng)商管理的特點與一般流程,然后在第三章中結(jié)合目前研究中多以理論研究為主實操研究較少的事實,以A汽車制造公司實際的供應(yīng)商管理工作情況展開研究,指出A公司可以改進(jìn)的方面,在第四章中針對性第三章的待改進(jìn)項進(jìn)行定點前、零部件開發(fā)過程中、量產(chǎn)過程三個方面的七個問題點進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。本文重點突出了汽車制造企業(yè)中供應(yīng)商管理的實操內(nèi)容,期望做到理論與實際相結(jié)合,達(dá)到提高理論水平與動手能力的雙重目的,更希望本研究能給其他汽車制造企業(yè)以借鑒,幫助汽車制造企業(yè)提高供應(yīng)商管理工作的規(guī)范性,幫助企業(yè)提升工作效率,提升供應(yīng)鏈穩(wěn)定性、響應(yīng)性,提升供應(yīng)鏈的競爭力。
