【摘要】：目的以無人駕駛汽車和自主駕駛汽車為研究對象,針對不同的駕駛?cè)蝿?wù)進行用戶體驗分析。方法利用語義分析法獲取用戶認知信息,將用戶口語報告編碼后進行定量分析。結(jié)果得出在主駕駛?cè)蝿?wù)中,自主駕駛汽車用戶體驗高于無人駕駛汽車,而在次級駕駛?cè)蝿?wù)中,無人駕駛汽車用戶體驗優(yōu)于自主駕駛汽車。結(jié)論在進行主駕駛?cè)蝿?wù)中,用戶對自己駕駛操作更加擁有信心,而對無人駕駛汽車存在明顯的不信任感。人們在自主駕駛汽車的同時打電話、聽音樂或操控導(dǎo)航,會分散注意力從而影響駕駛操作,導(dǎo)致無法安心駕駛,影響生命安全;而在駕駛無人車時,人們通常覺得可以放心操作次級任務(wù)而不會影響駕駛安全,從而擁有良好的用戶體驗。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the user experience of driverless vehicles and self-driving vehicles for different driving tasks. Methods the cognitive information of users was obtained by semantic analysis, and the oral reports were encoded for quantitative analysis. The results show that the user experience of autonomous vehicle is higher than that of driverless vehicle in the main driving task, while in the secondary driving task, the user experience of driverless vehicle is better than that of autonomous driving vehicle. Conclusion in the main driving task, users have more confidence in their own driving operation, but there is obvious distrust of driverless cars. People make phone calls, listen to music or control navigation while driving their own cars, which will distract their attention and affect the driving operation, which will lead to the inability to drive safely and affect the safety of life. When driving a driverless car, people usually feel that they can safely operate secondary tasks without affecting driving safety, so they have a good user experience.
