內(nèi)燃機(jī)排放測(cè)量CVS系統(tǒng)控制系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)
[Abstract]:Increasingly serious haze has affected people's daily lives, and residents in Beijing, Hebei, Shandong and other places suffer from it. The contribution of vehicle exhaust emissions in air pollution, especially in the cause of haze, increases rapidly with the rapid increase of vehicle ownership, so the emission of automobile exhaust has been paid more and more attention by all walks of life. Countries all over the world have made more and more stringent laws and regulations on automobile emissions. Automobile manufacturing enterprises and scientific research institutions have also made great efforts to improve and improve the automobile emission technology and reduce the concentration of pollutants in tail gas. Emission detection technology and equipment have played a great role in promoting the emission. In this paper, the CVS equipment of Beijing Institute of Technology Automobile Power and Emission Test Laboratory is taken as the research object, the industrial control computer and the input / output board card are re-matched for the CVS equipment, and the control scheme of the system is determined as the centralized control system. Based on the communication protocol of AVL emission test equipment-AK protocol, the serial port communication technology is used. Using the object-oriented programming language Delphi, the object-oriented programming technology and modular structure design are adopted in order to develop the software which is easy to operate, friendly in interface and reliable in control. The control software of CVS system with high reliability is developed. The development of the control system restores the functions of gas bag sampling and particle sampling of the original system, and facilitates the use of the operator by designing a friendly operation interface. At the same time, the cost increase caused by the upgrade of the system equipment is avoided, and the development goal of this subject is achieved.
