【摘要】：提出了利用魔術(shù)公式(magic formula)計算輪胎特征函數(shù)的方法。基于輪胎力學特性試驗數(shù)據(jù)辨識得到magic formula輪胎模型中的相關(guān)系數(shù)。根據(jù)magic formula輪胎模型可以計算輪胎在任意載荷、任意運動狀態(tài)下與操縱穩(wěn)定性相關(guān)的性能指標,用來進行性能的集成;同時可以作為對輪胎特性的要求,提供給輪胎供應(yīng)商作為性能開發(fā)的基準。以某一車型輪胎選型過程中輪胎特征函數(shù)的計算為例,說明了具體的實現(xiàn)過程,此方法提高了汽車操縱穩(wěn)定性匹配與性能集成的精度與效率,具有實際的工程意義。
[Abstract]:A method of calculating tire characteristic function by magic formula (magic formula) is presented. The correlation coefficient of magic formula tire model is obtained by identification of tire mechanics characteristic test data. According to the magic formula tire model, the performance indexes related to the handling and stability of the tire under arbitrary load and arbitrary motion state can be calculated, which can be used for the integration of the tire performance. At the same time, as the requirement of tire characteristics, it can be provided to tire suppliers as a benchmark for performance development. Taking the calculation of tire characteristic function in the process of tire selection of a certain type as an example, the concrete realization process is illustrated. This method improves the precision and efficiency of vehicle handling and stability matching and performance integration, and has practical engineering significance.
