汽車發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)用連桿裂解工藝及設(shè)備的合理性探討
[Abstract]:Connecting rod is an important part of engine, and its processing technology and equipment is an important symbol of the development level of engine manufacturing industry. Compared with the traditional manufacturing technology of engine connecting rod, the mechanism and process of split connecting rod cracking are expounded, and the main cracking technology and equipment at home and abroad in recent years are studied and classified according to the difference of core processing technology. The principle and characteristics of mechanical pyrolysis equipment including core shaft expansion cracking, hydraulic piston type, horizontal slider type and so on are analyzed. The reasonableness of new pyrolysis processing methods such as heat treatment (or freezing) assisted cracking and fatigue tensile cracking were discussed.
