TEG應(yīng)用對(duì)混合動(dòng)力汽車燃油經(jīng)濟(jì)性影響分析

【摘要】:車載溫差發(fā)電器(TEG)是一種將汽車尾氣中的熱能直接轉(zhuǎn)化為電能的新型裝置,熱電材料技術(shù)的日益進(jìn)步使得TEG在汽車上的應(yīng)用成為可能.為了研究加裝這種溫差發(fā)電器對(duì)車輛燃油經(jīng)濟(jì)性的影響,根據(jù)熱電轉(zhuǎn)換基本理論建立了溫差發(fā)電器的Simulink仿真模型,然后基于ADVISOR仿真平臺(tái)搭建了一種并聯(lián)式混合動(dòng)力汽車的頂層仿真模型.同時(shí)又以實(shí)驗(yàn)室物理樣機(jī)為對(duì)象分別建立了多個(gè)TEG仿真模型,通過仿真實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)獲得的實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析后提出溫差發(fā)電器比功率的概念,據(jù)此對(duì)TEG配置與整車油耗之間的相互關(guān)系進(jìn)行了解釋,為開發(fā)更加高效的尾氣溫差發(fā)電混合動(dòng)力汽車提供了理論依據(jù).
[Abstract]:The on-board thermoelectricity generator (TEG) is a new type of device, which converts the heat energy from the exhaust gas to electric energy directly. With the development of thermoelectric material technology, the application of TEG in automobile becomes possible. In order to study the effect of installing this thermoelectric generator on fuel economy of vehicle, the Simulink simulation model of thermoelectric generator is established according to the basic theory of thermoelectric conversion. Then a top-level simulation model of parallel hybrid electric vehicle is built based on ADVISOR simulation platform. At the same time, a number of TEG simulation models are established with the physical prototype of the laboratory as the object. The concept of specific power of thermoelectricity generator is put forward by analyzing the obtained experimental data through simulation experiments. Based on this, the relationship between TEG configuration and fuel consumption is explained, which provides a theoretical basis for the development of a more efficient exhaust gas thermoelectric hybrid vehicle.
