【摘要】：為實(shí)現(xiàn)在實(shí)車環(huán)境下對(duì)換擋系統(tǒng)換擋力和位移的精確、快速測(cè)量,針對(duì)自動(dòng)變速器開發(fā)了一套汽車換擋性能測(cè)量系統(tǒng),并完成其軟、硬件開發(fā)。該測(cè)試系統(tǒng)主要由二維推拉力傳感器及球面坐標(biāo)測(cè)量裝置組成,運(yùn)用三維坐標(biāo)變換和球面最小二乘擬合的計(jì)算方法,實(shí)現(xiàn)了換擋力與手柄角位移關(guān)系及換擋力與坐標(biāo)投影距離關(guān)系的實(shí)時(shí)測(cè)量。考慮到手動(dòng)測(cè)量數(shù)據(jù)的分散性,對(duì)測(cè)量結(jié)果進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)處理,獲得穩(wěn)定、一致的測(cè)量結(jié)果,為后續(xù)換擋性能分析研究提供參考。
[Abstract]:In order to accurately and quickly measure the shift force and displacement of the shift system in the real vehicle environment, a set of measuring system for the shift performance of the automatic transmission is developed, and its software and hardware are developed. The measuring system is mainly composed of two dimensional push-pull force sensor and spherical coordinate measuring device. The calculation method of 3D coordinate transformation and spherical least square fitting is used. The relationship between the shift force and the angle displacement of the handle and the distance between the shift force and the coordinate projection are realized. Considering the dispersion of manual measurement data, the measurement results are statistically processed, and stable and consistent measurement results are obtained, which provides a reference for the subsequent research on shift performance analysis.
