高牌號(hào)無取向電工鋼疲勞壽命的統(tǒng)計(jì)分析

【摘要】:電工鋼的疲勞性能是電動(dòng)汽車電機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和評(píng)估安全使用壽命的重要指標(biāo),P-S-N曲線能更加全面、準(zhǔn)確地反映材料的應(yīng)力-壽命關(guān)系。以一種無取向電工鋼30WGP1600為研究對(duì)象,詳細(xì)分析其疲勞性能的統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)特征,給出了50%、90%和99%不同存活率下的P-S-N曲線,并詳細(xì)分析了電工鋼疲勞壽命離散性大的原因。結(jié)果表明,隨著應(yīng)力水平的降低,疲勞壽命的分散性增加,表面粗糙度和晶界是影響電工鋼疲勞壽命分散度的主要因素。
[Abstract]:The fatigue performance of electrical steel is an important index for the structural design of electric vehicle motor and the evaluation of safe service life. The P-S-N curve can reflect the stress-life relationship of materials more comprehensively and accurately. Taking a kind of non-oriented electrical steel 30WGP1600 as the research object, the statistical characteristics of its fatigue properties are analyzed in detail, and the P-S-N curves of 50% and 99% survival rates are given. The reasons for the large fatigue life dispersion of electrical steel are analyzed in detail. The results show that the dispersion of fatigue life increases with the decrease of stress level, and the surface roughness and grain boundary are the main factors affecting the fatigue life dispersion of electrical steel.
