重型商用車長(zhǎng)大下坡行駛能力研究

【摘要】:重型商用車長(zhǎng)大下坡行駛過程中,熱衰退是引起行車制動(dòng)器制動(dòng)效能下降的主要原因.該文就制動(dòng)器溫度閾值內(nèi)長(zhǎng)大下坡行駛能力進(jìn)行研究,應(yīng)用能量耗散原理建立重型商用車坡道行駛制動(dòng)器溫升模型,并試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證了模型的準(zhǔn)確性和實(shí)用性;基于溫升模型采用理論分析和試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)擬合的方法建立了長(zhǎng)大下坡行駛能力模型.以250℃為熱衰退閾值,通過模型仿真計(jì)算長(zhǎng)大下坡行駛能力.研究結(jié)果表明,選擇合理?yè)跷缓蛙囁賹?shí)施聯(lián)合制動(dòng)可以有效提高重型商用車輛長(zhǎng)大下坡行駛安全性.
[Abstract]:The thermal decline is the main reason for the brake efficiency of heavy commercial vehicles. This paper studies the downhill driving capacity of the brake within the temperature threshold and establishes the temperature rise model of the heavy-duty commercial vehicle ramp brake by applying the energy dissipation principle. The accuracy and practicability of the model are verified by experiments.
