輕型客方向盤怠速抖動問題的傳遞路徑分析

【摘要】:通過建立傳遞路徑模型,應(yīng)用傳遞路徑分析方法針對某輕型客車方向盤怠速抖動進(jìn)行了傳遞路徑分析。闡述了傳遞路徑分析的理論推導(dǎo)過程以及在實(shí)際問題中的應(yīng)用方法。針對發(fā)動機(jī)懸置及排氣懸吊的各條結(jié)構(gòu)傳遞路徑進(jìn)行了傳遞函數(shù)獲取以及工作載荷的識別,并最終獲取了各結(jié)構(gòu)傳遞路徑的貢獻(xiàn)量。通過綜合考慮貢獻(xiàn)量幅值及相位因素并對其進(jìn)行分析,最終確定了發(fā)動機(jī)后懸置的X向及Z向?qū)Φ∷俜较虮P抖動的貢獻(xiàn)量最為突出,為怠速方向盤抖動的改善工作指明了方向。
[Abstract]:The transfer path analysis method is used to analyze the idle jitter of the steering wheel of a light bus by establishing a transfer path model. The theoretical derivation process of transfer path analysis and its application in practical problems are described. The transfer function and working load identification of each structure transfer path of engine mount and exhaust suspension are obtained and the contribution of each structure transfer path is obtained. By synthetically considering and analyzing the factors of amplitude and phase of the contribution, it is determined that the most outstanding contribution to idling wheel jitter is the X direction and Z direction which are mounted at the back of the engine, indicating the direction for the improvement of idling steering wheel jitter.
