【摘要】：為了解決平原汽車在高原行駛時(shí)功率下降問(wèn)題,提出了一種用于恢復(fù)高原柴油機(jī)功率的燃?xì)鉁u輪輔助增壓系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)由燃燒室、壓氣機(jī)、渦輪、點(diǎn)火裝置、噴油器、控制系統(tǒng)等輔助裝置組成,燃?xì)鉁u輪輔助增壓系統(tǒng)的壓氣機(jī)要分別對(duì)燃燒室和原車柴油發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)供氣,需要兩種不同壓比的空氣。為滿足上述要求設(shè)計(jì)了一種帶有階梯型葉輪和準(zhǔn)流線型分隔式擴(kuò)壓器的壓氣機(jī);并以某柴油機(jī)為例進(jìn)行了計(jì)算分析,得到了初步的設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)和工作參數(shù);設(shè)計(jì)出切割前的高壓比葉輪,對(duì)高壓葉輪內(nèi)部流場(chǎng)進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬計(jì)算,得到相應(yīng)氣動(dòng)參數(shù);通過(guò)計(jì)算結(jié)果分析葉輪出口流量分布和速度分布確定階梯型葉輪出口參數(shù)和準(zhǔn)流線型分隔板的形狀,設(shè)計(jì)出準(zhǔn)流線型階梯葉輪。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of decreasing power of plain vehicles at high altitude, a gas turbine auxiliary turbocharging system used to restore the power of plateau diesel engines is proposed. The system consists of combustor, compressor, turbine, igniter, injector, etc. The compressor of the gas turbine auxiliary turbocharging system needs two kinds of air with different pressure ratio to supply gas to the combustion chamber and the diesel engine of the original vehicle respectively. In order to meet the above requirements, a compressor with step impeller and quasi streamline diffuser is designed, and the calculation and analysis of a diesel engine are carried out, and the preliminary design parameters and working parameters are obtained. The high pressure ratio impeller before cutting is designed and the flow field inside the high pressure impeller is numerically simulated and the corresponding aerodynamic parameters are obtained. By analyzing the flow distribution and velocity distribution at the outlet of the impeller, the exit parameters and the shape of the quasi streamline separator are determined, and the quasi streamline stepped impeller is designed.
