汽車液壓減振器外殼熱擠壓模設(shè)計(jì)
[Abstract]:According to the structural characteristics of automobile shock absorber shell, the solution and design route of a new hot extrusion primary forming process through forward extrusion and lateral extrusion composite process are put forward, and the hot extrusion die of shock absorber shell is designed. The head of the convex die is designed with a flat bottom cone, which can reduce the unit extrusion pressure, and the die adopts the combination structure of the extruding cylinder and the extrusion die, which can solve the problem of machining technology of the die and facilitate the discharge of the parts. The structure and working principle of die are discussed. In order to ensure that the die meets the requirements of hot extrusion experiment, the key parts of the die are theoretically analyzed and calculated, and the cylindrical parts with smooth surface and no defects, size accuracy and mechanical properties are formed by the experimental method. The experimental results show the feasibility and practicability of the process scheme and die structure design.
