【摘要】：針對(duì)并聯(lián)駕駛模擬平臺(tái)成本高、控制復(fù)雜等缺點(diǎn),設(shè)計(jì)了一種基于串聯(lián)機(jī)構(gòu)的新型三自由度汽車(chē)駕駛模擬平臺(tái)。用D-H法建立了平臺(tái)的運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)模型,完成了平臺(tái)運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)正逆解的計(jì)算與分析。用Inventor軟件建立平臺(tái)的三維模型,導(dǎo)入ADAMS軟件獲得平臺(tái)的虛擬樣機(jī)。對(duì)平臺(tái)虛擬樣機(jī)進(jìn)行運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)仿真,驗(yàn)證了運(yùn)動(dòng)方程的正確性和平臺(tái)的可行性。利用ADAMS軟件和Matlab軟件聯(lián)合仿真,清晰直觀(guān)地展現(xiàn)了座椅質(zhì)心工作空間的邊界。獲得的仿真數(shù)據(jù)為后續(xù)物理樣機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、運(yùn)動(dòng)控制提供了可靠依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the disadvantages of high cost and complex control of parallel driving simulation platform, a new three-degree-of-freedom vehicle driving simulation platform based on series mechanism is designed. The kinematics model of the platform is established by using D-H method, and the calculation and analysis of the forward and inverse solutions of the platform kinematics are completed. The 3D model of the platform is built with Inventor software, and the virtual prototype of the platform is obtained by importing ADAMS software. The kinematics simulation of the platform virtual prototype verifies the correctness of the motion equation and the feasibility of the platform. By using ADAMS and Matlab software, the boundary of the workspace of the center of mass of the seat is clearly and intuitively displayed. The obtained simulation data provide a reliable basis for the structural design and motion control of subsequent physical prototypes.
