【摘要】：介紹了一種用于變速箱下線綜合性能檢測(cè)的變速箱加載試驗(yàn)臺(tái),該試驗(yàn)臺(tái)基于公共直流母線技術(shù),具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單,加載靈活,能量利用率高等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。試驗(yàn)臺(tái)利用三臺(tái)西門子1PH8系列交流伺服電機(jī)對(duì)變速箱進(jìn)行驅(qū)動(dòng)和加載,采用西門子SINAMICS S120構(gòu)建公共直流母線系統(tǒng),以西門子S7-300PLC為控制器,構(gòu)建基于PROFIBUS-DP現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線的控制系統(tǒng),重點(diǎn)描述了試驗(yàn)臺(tái)公共直流母線系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)選型以及與PLC的通訊實(shí)現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces a kind of gearbox loading test bed used for measuring the comprehensive performance of gearbox downline. The test bench is based on common DC bus technology and has the advantages of simple structure, flexible loading and high energy utilization ratio. The test bed uses three Siemens 1PH8 series AC servo motors to drive and load the gearbox, adopts Siemens SINAMICS S120 to construct the public DC bus system, and takes Siemens S7-300PLC as the controller to construct the control system based on PROFIBUS-DP fieldbus. The design and selection of common DC bus system and the realization of communication with PLC are described in detail.
