車輛地面通過(guò)性測(cè)試系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的不斷進(jìn)步以及國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,車輛的使用已經(jīng)遍及到軍事、農(nóng)業(yè)、林業(yè)等各個(gè)領(lǐng)域,為了提供一個(gè)舒適安全的駕駛環(huán)境,車輛的地面安全可通過(guò)性能更是越來(lái)越多的受到人們的關(guān)注。人們希望能有一系列的安全評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)或者是評(píng)價(jià)系統(tǒng)來(lái)指導(dǎo)他們快速無(wú)傷害的通過(guò)各種平坦或者是非平坦路面。為了滿足大眾需求,車輛的地面可通過(guò)性研究便成為一個(gè)國(guó)內(nèi)外研究學(xué)者普遍研究的熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題。研究車輛的地面可通過(guò)性不僅能夠幫助我們提前感知車輛對(duì)未知路面的可通過(guò)性能,而且還可以幫助我們根據(jù)已知的地面參數(shù)特性來(lái)選擇最佳的行駛方案。本論文從研究車輛的力學(xué)性能以及其他車輛行駛狀態(tài)參數(shù)兩方面入手設(shè)計(jì)與車輛地面通過(guò)性測(cè)試系統(tǒng)相應(yīng)的軟硬件模塊來(lái)獲取測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù)并對(duì)這些數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行采集、顯示、存儲(chǔ)以及建模分析。系統(tǒng)硬件設(shè)計(jì)主要包括各個(gè)模塊所需傳感器的設(shè)計(jì)及選型、數(shù)據(jù)的發(fā)射及接收。系統(tǒng)軟件設(shè)計(jì)主要包括數(shù)據(jù)的采集與控制以及數(shù)據(jù)的去噪、顯示和存儲(chǔ)等。為了更精確的表達(dá)各系統(tǒng)參數(shù)之間的內(nèi)在規(guī)律性,本文決定對(duì)采集到的與通過(guò)性有關(guān)的系統(tǒng)參數(shù)進(jìn)行數(shù)學(xué)建模來(lái)分析這些參數(shù)與通過(guò)性的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系。為了驗(yàn)證車輛地面通過(guò)性測(cè)試系統(tǒng)的可靠性,本文對(duì)該測(cè)試系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了實(shí)車試驗(yàn),并將通過(guò)試驗(yàn)得到的與通過(guò)性相關(guān)的系統(tǒng)參數(shù)使用MATLAB軟件進(jìn)行數(shù)學(xué)建模分析,經(jīng)過(guò)試驗(yàn)及分析,進(jìn)一步證明該車輛地面通過(guò)性測(cè)試系統(tǒng)的可行性。
[Abstract]:With the continuous progress of science and technology and the rapid development of the national economy, the use of vehicles has spread throughout the military, agriculture, forestry and other fields, in order to provide a comfortable and safe driving environment, More and more attention has been paid to the safety performance of vehicles. People hope to have a series of safety evaluation criteria or evaluation systems to guide them to quickly and harmlessly pass through a variety of flat or uneven roads. In order to meet the needs of the public, the research on the ground transmissivity of vehicles has become a hot topic for domestic and foreign researchers. The study of the transmissivity of vehicles on the ground can not only help us to perceive the transmissivity of vehicles to unknown pavement ahead of time, but also help us to select the best driving scheme according to the characteristics of known ground parameters. In this paper, the mechanical properties of the vehicle and other vehicle driving state parameters are studied to design the software and hardware modules corresponding to the vehicle ground pass test system to obtain the test data and to collect and display the data. Storage and modeling analysis. The hardware design of the system mainly includes the design and selection of the sensors needed by each module, the transmission and reception of data. The system software design includes data acquisition and control, data denoising, display and storage. In order to more accurately express the inherent regularity between the system parameters, this paper decides to analyze the intrinsic relationship between these parameters and the transmissivity by mathematical modeling of the collected system parameters related to transmissivity. In order to verify the reliability of the vehicle ground pass test system, a real vehicle test is carried out in this paper, and the system parameters related to the passing property obtained through the test are modeled and analyzed by MATLAB software. Through the test and analysis, the feasibility of the vehicle ground pass test system is further proved.
