【摘要】:針對(duì)普遍使用的重力擺錘式汽車座椅頭枕吸能性試驗(yàn)臺(tái)關(guān)鍵參數(shù),提出了一種提出了一種慮及反碰撞沖量的計(jì)算方法。在《GB11550-2009汽車座椅頭枕強(qiáng)度要求和試驗(yàn)方法》中撞擊質(zhì)量折算公式基礎(chǔ)之上,根據(jù)剛體動(dòng)力學(xué)建立數(shù)學(xué)模型,并利用動(dòng)量定律與撞擊中心理論,進(jìn)行了撞擊中心與碰撞點(diǎn)重合的條件推導(dǎo),得出了擺錘軸承中心與撞擊點(diǎn)距離表達(dá)式,并進(jìn)行擺長(zhǎng)設(shè)計(jì)。最后依據(jù)機(jī)械優(yōu)化理論,以擺錘總質(zhì)量最小為目標(biāo),擺桿幾何尺寸、材料為變量進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),最后得出了擺桿的幾何參數(shù)。
[Abstract]:According to the key parameters of the gravity pendulum chair head and pillow energy absorption test bed, a calculation method considering the anti-collision impulse is proposed. On the basis of the formula of mass conversion of impact mass in "GB11550-2009", the mathematical model is established according to the dynamics of rigid body, and the law of momentum and the theory of the center of impact are used to make use of the law of momentum and the theory of impact center. The condition of the overlap between the impact center and the impact point is derived, and the distance expression between the center of the pendulum bearing and the impact point is obtained, and the pendulum length is designed. Finally, according to the theory of mechanical optimization, taking the minimum total mass of the pendulum as the target, the geometric size of the pendulum rod and the material as the variables, the optimization design is carried out. Finally, the geometric parameters of the pendulum rod are obtained.
