【摘要】:為提高車門的抗柱撞性能,將基于SIMP理論的拓?fù)鋬?yōu)化方法引入車門防撞梁設(shè)計(jì),得到最佳的防撞梁材料分布;選擇合適的截面構(gòu)造防撞梁,得到一種Y形防撞梁結(jié)構(gòu);結(jié)合響應(yīng)面法和NSGA?Ⅱ多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化算法對防撞梁進(jìn)行多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化。相比于初始設(shè)計(jì),優(yōu)化后防撞梁在保證車門剛度滿足法規(guī)要求的前提下,剛性柱的撞擊侵入量減少22.5%,車門抗柱撞性能明顯提高。
