某楔式制動器作用缸斷裂失效與改進(jìn)研究

【摘要】:在某底盤研制強(qiáng)化道路跑車試驗(yàn)過程中,出現(xiàn)了制動作用缸斷裂失效的故障,研究針對該問題開展了斷口宏觀和微觀形態(tài)分析,對制動作用缸的振動環(huán)境,結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)力和疲勞壽命進(jìn)行了校核。分析發(fā)現(xiàn)由于制動氣室的懸臂較長,在通過強(qiáng)化路面時會產(chǎn)生較大的振動加速度,導(dǎo)致制動器損壞、制動系統(tǒng)無法正常工作。為避免制動作用缸損壞造成車輛底盤安全性事故,對制動器作用缸進(jìn)行了改進(jìn),增加了楔式制動器作用缸連接裝置,并對改進(jìn)后的制動系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了疲勞復(fù)核和跑車試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證。
[Abstract]:In the course of developing and strengthening road sports car test of a chassis, the failure of brake action cylinder was found. The macroscopic and micro morphology analysis of fracture surface was carried out in view of this problem, and the vibration environment of brake action cylinder was analyzed. Structural stress and fatigue life were checked. It is found that because of the long cantilever of the brake chamber, the vibration acceleration will occur when the road surface is strengthened, which will lead to the brake damage and the braking system can not work normally. In order to avoid the vehicle chassis safety accident caused by the damage of the brake action cylinder, the brake action cylinder was improved, the wedge brake action cylinder connection device was added, and the improved braking system was verified by fatigue check and sports car test.
