【摘要】：針對(duì)整車搭載博格華納智能適時(shí)四驅(qū)控制系統(tǒng)后橋限扭閥值設(shè)定的問題,分析其傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)和智能控制策略,使用整車仿真軟件AVL-CRUISE搭建模型,通過設(shè)置不同限扭閥值進(jìn)行了性能仿真計(jì)算。計(jì)算結(jié)果表明,后橋限扭閥值設(shè)定為800 N·m可滿足整車性能目標(biāo)要求。結(jié)合實(shí)車試驗(yàn),同時(shí)使用CAN總線監(jiān)控軟件CANoe對(duì)不同工況下分動(dòng)器工作情況進(jìn)行監(jiān)控分析,驗(yàn)證了限扭閥值設(shè)定的正確性。
[Abstract]:In view of the problem of setting the limit threshold of the rear bridge of the Borg Warner intelligent four-drive control system, the structure of the transmission system and the intelligent control strategy are analyzed, and the model is built by using the whole vehicle simulation software AVL-CRUISE. The performance simulation was carried out by setting different torsion limiting threshold values. The calculation results show that the rear axle torsional limit threshold of 800Nm can meet the requirements of the vehicle performance target. Combined with the actual vehicle test, the CAN bus monitoring software CANoe is used to monitor and analyze the working conditions of the divider under different working conditions, which verifies the correctness of the setting of the torsional limit threshold.
