【摘要】：通過調整摩擦材料基礎配方中鋼纖維的含量,采用直接混合工藝制備不同組分的摩擦材料,對其進行理化性能、力學性能、摩擦性能及制動噪音測試。結果表明:隨鋼纖維含量增加,摩擦材料的密度、p H值和洛氏硬度均增大,常溫壓縮量減小;氣孔率先減小,當鋼纖維含量超過21%后,氣孔率增大;名義摩擦因數(shù)(μnom)先略微降低后升高,最低摩擦因數(shù)(μmin)、磨損量和噪音發(fā)生率均增加,但當鋼纖維含量超過21%后,磨損量和噪音發(fā)生率明顯增加。
[Abstract]:By adjusting the content of steel fiber in the basic formula of friction materials, the friction materials with different components were prepared by direct mixing process. The physical and chemical properties, mechanical properties, friction properties and brake noise of friction materials were tested. The results show that with the increase of steel fiber content, the density / H value and Rockwell hardness of friction materials increase, and the compression amount at room temperature decreases, while the porosity decreases first, and the porosity increases when the steel fiber content exceeds 21%. The nominal friction coefficient (渭 nomn) decreased slightly and then increased, and the lowest friction coefficient (渭 min) increased, but when the steel fiber content exceeded 21%, the wear rate and noise incidence increased significantly.
